It is advertised as having a 24 hour shuttle service which is why i specifically chose this hotel but it doesn’t. The shuttle doesn’t start until 6 AM so if you have an early flight you have to take a $30 uber to the airport. Not happy about the advertisement being wrong.

Having a kitchen area in our room was great; close to DFW airport; large selection of restaurants within a 10 minute drive; & the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Upon check in the shift supervisor charged me 2 times more than he should’ve. He then lied and said he couldn’t see what I could see in my banking application and I would have to wait until a member of management was there to assist. I later found out that he was the shift manager by someone who worked under him and was able to see the charges. The gaslighting, not taking responsibility, lying and tying my funds was enough to ruin my travel which is unfortunate because I travel there to work monthly.

Snazzy, updated appearance, clean, lots of space inside and out to sit and relax, happy hour from 5-6:30 pm, nice breakfast, staff helpful and friendly. Shuttle to DFW.

The only thing that I didn't like was that we couldn't get our remote to work with our TV but the staff did give us a second control but we didn't want to move to amother room. I think in future the staff needs to make sure everything is working properly.

I loved how the staff was friendly and this hotel has everything you need but staff need to provide more help because our remote wasn't working. We didn't bother going downstairs and complain again. We didn't need the TV but it's a nice option to have a working remote with the TV because the second night it wasn't working at all. My only suggestion just make sure everything is working properly. But I loved everything you guys provide. I'm definitely coming again to stay at this location .

Really not much that I didn't like except for the shower door didn't close all the way and there will not any different options really with meat at breakfast would have liked to have a choice between Turkey and sausage and different fruit for the yogurt bar pineapple would have been great

I only booked the hotel because my daughter and I were flying out of DFW the next morning and needed shuttle service. The rooms were clean and the staff at check in were AMAZING. Be careful of the breakfast. I drank the milk and it was soured. I did tell the staff and a manager came and apologized immediately to me. She told me it had "sat out" the night before.
