When we arrived, there was a basket of snacks, a bottle of wine, and a note card. The fridge was stocked with water and pop. I could tell the host knew what to provide because she was also an experienced traveler. We appreciated everything down to the fresh and abundant towels.

The only thing bad about it was the neighbor to the left of the house he was yelling and screaming it was scary.

The neighborhood was not exactly as described by other reviewers. Next door neighbor was friendly, but immediate surrounding areas were not walkable.

Steep stairs, the neighborhood, ability to get into the property, and the ability to contact the owner upon arrival was difficult; several calls were made and all went to VM until I called from a different phone and sent an email via booking.com.

Spacious, lots of amenities; washer, dryer, cooking utensils, and dishes. Garage was available for use and a pedestrian gate and cameras outside both added to the security while we were there.

The house is beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed having all of the comforts of home while traveling. The master bath is amazing. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable (I like a medium to soft bed).

It really was a lovely stay and home. The location is in an area that is still being developed, so not walkable. Bring hangers and trash bags if you plan to stay for longer than a couple of nights.

Literally the only complaint that I can think of would be that the couch there has been sit on quite a few times. The sofa probably needs to be replaced in the near future. But it literally wasn't a big deal to us at all. It wasn't uncomfortable but the cushions definitely don't stay in place and can be kinda hard to get up from lol. But again it wasn't a big deal at all but if I had to just say one thing about it. That would be it. Other than that everything else was amazing!!!!

The place was beautiful and soooo cozy! The bedrooms was perfectly sized. The bathroom literally was jaw dropping. The place was so close to the city. We were there for a concert and ordered an Uber to get to the Toyota Center and it took 7 minutes to get there with traffic. There was 7 of us who stayed there and we all enjoyed it. The place was just so comfortable and inviting. I want to buy a house that looks exactly like it cause it was that amazing to me.

Everything about this home was amazing and cozy. It is beautiful inside and out and extremely spacious. Access to downtown was so convenient and also to a lot of other locations. We liked everything!! It was such a lovely getaway for the two of us!!

Everything was incredibly clean, organized and comfortable!! The cabinets in the kitchen were labeled, so it was easy to quickly locate cooking supplies, etc. Such beautiful decor throughout with comfortable bedding and quality linens. We appreciated the welcome basket with a personal card, a bottle of wine and delicious chips! Thank you for a folder of places to visit and unique restaurants to consider!! We will definitely return to this lovely townhome! Thank you so much!

This property ranks among the best we've rented, not only in Houston but across the USA. It boasted spacious accommodations, including three bedrooms (two singles and one master), quick WiFi, a garage, a modern kitchen, and laundry facilities. Everything was clean and comfortable, and its location near downtown was convenient.
