Wobbling ceiling fan

Location was great. We watched the city’s firework show from the corner of the street. Coffee and bakery with in walking distance. The bungalow was as described. Nothing more nothing less. No frills, but it absolutely fit our needs perfectly. Comfortable and clean.

When we checked in, the bathroom wasn’t clean. I was so tired the first day we checked in and we always bring our own towel so it didn’t matter. The second day I had too much going on and didn’t wanna fight with front desk, she seemed so off. But it wasn’t cleaned. I have pictures of when we checked in with times

Guests have to go up the street to the Trees Motel to check in and get their key. The windows lack blackout curtains and it's extremely bright in the morning. There was some mildew on the bathroom ceiling.

This was a perfectly adequate motel for the cost. Linens and towels were clean.

Ghetto. Don't leave anything of value in your room when you go out for the day. Stuff goes missing. Junked cars parked out in front. Located Across the street from some suspicious looking mobile homes (breaking bad). Vibe is sketchy. Enjoy

We had to do a late check in so we were told to go to another motel and grab the key from a mailbox located there. However, when we arrived there were no envelope with our key. The phone number we had did not answer (it was very late at night and after a long trip). Randomly we found a phone number on a different late check in envelope that we accidentally opened initially thinking it was ours until we noticed that our name wasn’t there. That is how we could call someone else to get our key, by accident. You can hear noises form the room nextdoor and outside. No dish soap, we had to ask for it.

I guess it was cheaper than other places, but actually it wasn’t that economic considering the condition of the room.

No extra roll of toilet paper. We had a roll in the car but the unexperienced travelers might of run out if they both had to poop twice. Lol

Clean older motel. We came in after dark and had to go to another hotel for check in. A little bit of a pain no biggie. 2 minute drive.

The room was not cleaned properly & was not in a good state of repair. Wi-Fi a bit weak. It needs a LOT of work to make it a better Motel. Bathtub was very dirty. I had to wash it down first myself before using it.

It had a kitchen. TV channels & reception was good.

The floor was disgusting. Dirty and sticky. Your rocking chair was cracked. There was long blonde hair(not mine) on the floor and on the sheets of one of the beds.

Expensive for a 2 star hotel. Don't expect anything great about the hotel. it's a 2 star motel and if you're passing through town it will suffice.

Noisy air conditioning Bright lights outside room, no dark out shades TV was barely streaming, breaking up. Parking was difficult Office closed had to drive to a different location to check in, on a busy road with no parking close by

Some rooms are better than others. We stayed here a week earlier for a night. This time our room was nicer than the last time but our friends room had very little lighting and they liked their previous room better

The area and the dinginess of everything. They are not getting the staff to take care of the property and definitely charge too much.

I used to like this motel because of the location and the room but the area has gone downhill and the place wasn’t very clean.

Room was not clean. Especially the floor. Price was high for the room. Fireworks went off after 10 pm in the motel parking lot and woke me up. However it was July 4th weekend. I will not return to this motel.

Had to go to secondary location to check in and the cops having to deal with another motel guest who was very intoxicated and may be a regular.

Overall, my room needed a deep cleaning. The kitchen was cute but inventory was lacking to a couple forks and spoons, 2 plastic bowls and 2 mismatch cups in a dirty cupboard. Glad I brought my own. Lighting broken, wires dangling where a smoke alarm should have been. General maintenance, repair of leaking faucets and a refresh of small damages would go along way for guest comfort and to say, we care. Parking is assigned by room but a huge truck took my spot. A place that has lots of potential and just needs to raise standards of clean and maintained rooms for the price point.
