Minor observation- Private entrance gate takes a bit getting used to, but no big deal.

Loved our private jacuzzi suite with our own private entrance, it was quiet and intimate. No bleach smell in the jacuzzi or pool which is a plus. We loved the entire property specially the staff (Porfi). Porfi had great suggestions on how to make our stay more enjoyable. Overall great place to stay at and will be coming back.

Communication was amazing, was able to text Sony about anything. Room was spotless and we had everything we needed. Instructions were easy to follow and it was truly a relaxing and private getaway.

The only thing I can say that was a minor issue was the television outside by the gilling area wasn't working properly, would have wanted to watch television while I cooked. But it's okay, I still would book again. Thank you El noa noa

The room was spacious and clean and the vibe was absolutely amazing. The entire location was quiet and the outdoor pool and hot tub were great after a long day of outings and adventure. The staff was great and the person I assume was the owner continued to check in on us and made sure we were taken care of. Great place and I would definitely come again!

No in-room safe. Awoken early by very noisy pipes from shower in unit next door. If you’re a light sleeper there’s lots of outside light and no blockout drapes. We experienced great difficultly finding the laundry. It was in the complex near our unit but we had to be escorted there by the housekeeper! Worked out all good though.

Very comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Nice pool area. Wifi was great. Electric kettle for tea as well as coffee pod machine. Quiet location.

Sony was very attentive and detailed regarding our short trip. He answered all questions promptly. The room was very clean and organized. The hotel common area was very well kept. Overall the hotel was very quaint and cozy. Would recommend for a stay.

Everything! Fun vibe, comfortable room, beautiful decor, friendly staff, nice pool and great location . We were celebrating our anniversary and they decorated our room for us! It was a great surprise and we loved it!
