United States2nd night we got switched to a newly remodeled room. Everything was good. I hope the all the rooms get renovated. The manager was friendly and helpful. The location is really good, near all points of interests.
1st night: the room smelled of cigarette, despite of being non-smoke. The heater didn't work. Manager provided a portable heater. The sheets didn't look clean. The room key only worked on the bottom lock, but not in the dead lock, in both rooms.

The non-smoking family room is right next to the office and smells like a smoke. Has awkward design, with a wall between the beds, makes each section too small. It lacks cool pictures of European cities that other rooms have. Switched to room with sofa bed that looked nicer though sofa was not as comfortable and smelled better. No breakfast, but the town is close and has good coffee and food places.
