I use a CPAP machine and there were no electrical outlets near the head of the bed.

The room was spacious and had all the basic amenities.

Staff was rude, and they were stingy with the few amenities they provided. (fresh towels and washcloths, toilet paper, soap, etc.) Also, housekeeping does not come to clean until it's checkout time, even if you stay multiple nights. No phone in rooms means you have to walk to the main lobby desk and deal with the rudeness of the owners anytime you may need something. They also allow smoking in rooms, which may be a plus to some, but leads to a dank, foul odor in most rooms. I had to switch rooms twice because of that. Also, the area is very loud at night, with many shifty characters constantly roaming around the building.

It was a place to stretch out and get some much needed rest. The bed was, surprisingly, comfortable.

No boiling pot for my hot tea, went to the front office no hot water either, ask the Indian Singh for a cup in the microwave, he said nothing, seems don’t like to help

The door was broken, couldn't lock unless you lift it up. Room was not ready upon receiving the key. The condition of the room wasn't the greatest.

Charged an extra $30 if you have a third person. Our door handle came off. Had to shimmy the door just to get it to lock. Super inconvenient. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our things in the room while we were gone.

Ran into a few issues during our stay, and the woman at the front desk was nice enough to help us out and make sure we were taken care of. Location was good. Lots of free parking available. Security cameras on site.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and thoughtful about my belongings in the back of my truck. The bed was so soft and comfy. Room was clean .

Very poor service at the front did not want me to book online told me to come they match the price and then they did not walk across the street to load more money on my card after 15 minutes of three different people telling me it’s Boca. It’s higher prices and it wasn’t. It was only I don’t know. It was the cheapest one just very rude talking in their language is not in English the way I could understand it. I was born in America. We speak American. We speak English and they were speaking like Indian or Bangladesh or something is hard to tell. It was going so quick and fast Smelled really bad like they cook some kind of burnt chicken and they wouldn’t give me no coffee. give me the wrong Wi-Fi passcode. I got documentation and pictures and audio roaches crawling out of the cabinet in drawers the bed the bathroom shower did not work. It would come out of the bottom. I mean, I can go on and on. I mean, you just come here with a video camera and you will understand exactly what I mean but the biggest thing was that the service in the hospitality was below anything I’ve ever had before And it made me feel so horrible and they did not really care

Forget everything you've ever seen about scary owners and calls. I booked for 2 nights. After the first night, I woke up with the owner, an Indian woman in socks, banging on the door, almost breaking it down, saying that I had only paid for one night. I showed her the place on Booking.com, but she didn't say a word, shook her head and left. The owner and another guy, who I think was the security guard, really scared me. When we left the room, they followed us until we got in the car. I was really scared of these people. I sent a message to my friends with my location, room number, and what was going on. If I didn't give them any more news, I strongly recommend that you don't stay at this place. It may have just been my impression. Yes, it is possible, but I was very scared.

The place is disgusting, the towels are yellowed, stained with morning stains, the bed sheets look like sandpaper, the bathtub is clogged and the water from the shower stagnates, the room smells of mold, everything is so disgusting that I could only scratch myself.

The property was disgusting, the sheets and bedding were disgusting, stains everywhere. All bedding could not have been washed there was hair all over and stains all over the sheets. Shower was gross. Bath trowels. Stains. Door handles came off the door, took some finesse to get into/ out of the room. Not comfortable and very dirty.

They are expensive and the appliances in the room are very old and malfunctioning. The bathroom is very small no space to turn. There isn't adequate staff...we were having a problem with the face basin it was blocked up, we were there another day and nobody address the issue. Not a good place...they are all about the money.

It was extremely dirty. Musty smell when you walk into the room, once inside for more than 30 mins... all kinds of horrible smells start to like come out of the carpet. Toddlers feet had black on them within 10 mins of ripping her shoes off. She stayed in footie pjs the rest of the stay & i literally bought an air mattress to sleep on. Walls are so thin you can hear people clear as day. Everything had a think coating of only god knows what on it. I had to leave after attempting the first night. I'm not snooty or like wealthy. So staying in iffy places aren't anything new.... but this place left me speechless. Ended up bombing all my stuff after seeing a few roaches. Even if I was literally homeless.... I wouldn't be able to stay here ever again. My skin was itchy for days after leaving. Hoping it was only  psychosomatic. All the bleach in the world could not ever make that place clean. Carpets need to be completely taken out, needs to be tented for bugs, all the holes in the wall & very outdated windows need to be replaced. Every thing needs to be replace. Oh & bathroom window does not lock or shut properly. Very nerve racking as a young woman traveling with a small child.

How close it is to destination & I was able to connect my Roku to their Wi-Fi . Only stayed bc everything else was sold out for the weekend or over 200$ a night.
