A room was not ready but we were okay waiting a few minutes but the TV has issues. We were asked if we watched TV, yes we do and use the weather a lot. We were told it was hard to turn on so it was turned on for us and we would just leave it on.. we left and came back,,,, the TV was off and we could not get it to come back on left a message hoping maybe somebody could call us back tell us how to turn it on at least in the morning other than that the stay was okay. Should have questioned them further on making sure we would have access. We ended up leaving early which wasn't part of the plan but......

The location was sketchy, the room was not properly cleaned nor set up for a guest, and it did not feel secure.

Neighborhood was sketchy. Several things didn't work in the room (bathroom door knob) freezer did not freeze. There was a lot of street noise.

I love the rooms & location. I DO NOT believe it's ok to charge a pet "cleaning fee", like it's a Airbnb and even for a service animal. What the what?!??? My entire stay my tv just didn't work. Javier came to my room 3 times to rig the t, tape it, eventually in end basically saying sorry about my luck. That's over half the reason I'm relaxing is cuz I'm relaxing watching tv. For the money I was charged, they should of fixed the problem or offered a compensation.

The location is off of a busy street and the parking lot is smaller and hard to turn around in but manageable

The garden is exceptional, very tranquil feeling. It was a nice cool place to hang out in the heat. Also it was a plus they have a snack vending machine and a soda vending machine and their laundry room is quite nice.

The bed was dirty with debris and hair. One of my windows only had a “privacy” curtain that was mostly see through. I used a dirty blanket off the bed to cover this. The area is terrible, although I should’ve done my research as it was my first time in the area. I stayed with my dog and had to walk at least 5 blocks to get to any grass which was annoying. I was talked to and stared at by multiple other guests and traveling as a female this was very uncomfortable. What better can you expect from the cheapest place in town, though. Just spend the extra money per night on a chain.

Location was on Platte, close to Union. LOTS of noise, all night long. - Even wearing ear plugs was not enough. Smell of Marijuana much of the night. Did not feel safe at night - kept a knife next to the bed.

It was fairly inexpensive. I watched them clean the room. The air conditioning did work. Very noisy - but it did work. Bed was ok. Shower was mediocre.

I arrived and was only there for 2 hours. The sheets were dirty but the smell of humidity was unbearable. The itching was very bad.

It was absolutely FREEZING overnight and there was no way to warm up the room! The AC unit in the window let in a cold draft of air when it was <10 degrees outside and there was no way to get warm, so I got no sleep because it was about 40 degrees in the room. Also no hot water whatsoever for a shower, even after waiting 15 minutes for it to heat up. The most supremely uncomfortable hotel stay I’ve ever had.

First of all, the photos shown on website were NOT what we got! Only photos shown were the nicer rooms (IF they are even legit) The stairs to the room were rotted and falling apart. The lock on door was wobbly and didn't feel safe. The room was tiny! The whole room smelled musty. Terrible location, right off the street where people lurking all hours of the night. Didn't feel safe at all! Has to move little end table to put in front of door in case someone broke in. Window had a large crack in it. Towells were stained and dirty. Bed sounded like it was going to fall apart. Toilet plugged up right away. No hot water. This was a terrible stay and will NEVER go there again Felt disgusting leaving there just from staying in the place.

The room was hot because the AC was wouldn’t go lower than 73° and there wasn’t enough outlets for the tv, fridge, broken AC, microwave to all work at once.

Some creepy guy tried to open our door (thank god I locked it), the bathroom door was literally falling apart and the toilet was not flushing.

It was right across the street from our concert.
