My only complaint was that there was no wifi in the rooms, only in the front office. I only ran into the issue because my phone carrier did not have a good signal there, but other people may not run into that issue.

Property was really well managed and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a great size for two people and very comfortable. Location to the beach was perfect.

The ac didn’t work the first day but once we asked the handyman for help he was very sweet and fixed it quick.

I loved how close the location was to most things including the beach. Room size was perfect for me and my bf! The pool is a good size. WiFi great. Friendly service and the handyman fixed our AC quickly when we had an issue. I’d definitely recommend to others!!

Parking was horrible, the Titus smallest spaces that anybody could hit your car by just swinging a door open.

I like that the property was near the boardwalk, the pool was clean. The rooms were clean.

Cleanliness on the surface was good, but the detailed cleanliness needs work. The shower nob was covered in mold, and the bathroom floor was cracked. The shower curtain should be on a curved rod. There is no room in the shower to prevent the curtain from touching you the whole time in the shower. The pool steps are not safe for people with mobility issues. Step up and down is to steep. You had to pay for ice.

There’s no wifi, the concrete stairs to the back of the building are extremely dangerous. I fell down them and am very bruised. (I was taking my time too and being very careful. I used the other stairs the rest of the trip)

I liked the view we had and how close it is to the beach. The beds were comfortable and I appreciated the fridge and microwave.

Basically the only complaint was the steps. 1 main stairs and a ladder stair in back. Very difficult to haul suitcases and other belongings. And parking was first come, first served. Had to park 1/2 block away at 1 point.

Location was excellent. The price. Although booked 6 mths in advance was excellent for that Location. The rooms were cleaned and maintained daily. Staff was friendly and helpful. We definitely had 1 of the best rooms. 2nd floor corner. Full ocean view. Other guests were courteous and respectful.

More attention to detail in the rooms. Additional towels, extra pillows, blanket, An iron and hair dryer, tv channel guide and door hanger to request room cleaning. I few easy fixes.

The room could've been a little bit cleaner, there were a few ants all around the room and flies. I also noticed some mold around the ceiling in the room and bathroom. And also the breakfast could've been way better, not much options at all.

I loved how closed to the beach is located and closed to downtown as well.

The parking spots are too close together and if you park under the building closest to the boardwalk you have to get others to move their cars to get your car out sometimes.

Location is good it's only short amount of steps from the hotel to the beach/ water. The pool was clean. The hotel staff are friendly. The breakfast was good.
