How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

While always clean, the carpet is a bit dated. Only one of three ice machines was operating.
Good breakfast. Nice variety of items to choose from. Very accommodating staff! Friendly and helpful. Eager to please. Everyone goes above and beyond! The room is always clean and comfortable. Good location. Close to everything without being too close. Cookies and coffee in the lobby.

The room was great but the front desk people need to be more friendly u walk in they don't speak only the lady that was in the breakfast room was the only one that spoke everything u walk in.we check out one day earlier the lady at the front desk said we got to get with booking .com that what we get when we book thru a third party.

the breakfast could have a variety or different options everyday. we had the same breakfast every day. at 1:30 am we could hear people going up and down the stairs in the hotel.
i stayed in the room with the spa. it was very nice. very spacious. everything was walkable distance. the location was great too. staff were very friendly and they offered cookies everyday + hot coffee and tea.

Cleanliness of the room - that was the only issue, but nothing to complain about since everyone was so nice!
Breakfast was good! The room was spacious and suited our needs! The beds were very comfy!! The only thing was the cleanliness of the room, it was so-so. Since everyone was so nice and accommodating, it was nothing to complain about. Overall, the stay was great and staff was wonderful!!! We enjoyed the pool and our stay was comfortable!! Would visit again!

The rooms could use a little bit of an update, especially in the bathroom area. The mattress was a bit worn but usable.

My complaint of the room was the A/C filter vent was very dirty. It was behind a door. The carpet looked good but after walking around the room without shoes, your feet would be dirty.
Location was good. Hot breakfast. Fresh cookies very day! We were there during the week and they upgraded our room for us. Very nice. Bed very comfortable.

The fact that the employees were smoking outside the front door patio and you got hit with the smoke as soon you entered or left the building. Breakfast area needs a little updating, tables and chairs and lighting.
Continental breakfast was great. Room; bathroom needs a little more elbow cleaning....found hair on toliet and floor. More attention to detail. Beds were ok. We had a great time but I am a dirt diva and this property needs a thorough cleaning. Hallway carpet needs a good cleaning, but it was an extremely busy weekend.

no towel racks in bathroom and shower curtain was not water proof so water collected on the floor, which was unsafe for slipping.

The bed I slept in was pretty hard and not very comfortable. The ice machine was broken on our floor. That's about it everything else was great.
Staff was very nice and helpful. There was always coffee and cookies available in the lobby, and breakfast was great! Just a short walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool was warm and opened up to an area outside to sit and sun. Rooms were pretty clean and in good condition. It was easy to find, free parking, and fast and easy check in.

We chose the entry level room and we regretted it immediately since there view was almost none and we had the blinds down most of the day because anyone from the road could look right into the rom. The carpet was a bit soggy and kids when they were running without their shoes had their legs fully dirty with some black spots. The room also kinda smelled wonky probably mold though couldn't figure out the source. The appliances were also old (TV, Microwave and the refrigerator). The place definitely needs some renovation and some modern touch.
The checkin was smooth and the lady at the the reception was very sweet. All the staff were very courteous. The room was cozy and the AC was working well. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and the kids loved it. The breakfast options were decent and the coffee near the entrance was a nice touch loved it. The location was a big plus everything was within walking distance.
