Everything was ok, but the bedding needed to be thrown out. I can see they are updating the room but some small details with faucets and hardware need to be fixed. The room was clean, but things need to be replaced. On booking it said there was a pool and hot tub. The front desk said it hadn't been up and running in a year and a half. I didn't have time to read reviews before making my reservation as it was last minute.

Located right by the freeway, so very convenient to our activities. There is new paint and new flooring in the room, which was nice. The price was better than other places in the area.

The room showed a lot of age. Stained items on carpet and side of bed. Window curtain missing hooks and didn't close all the way. No safety chain or bar on the door. The ice machine didn't work despite the manager saying it did. He then suggested someone must have used it all.

Evening desk lady was pleasant. She asked if booking.com had made me aware of the $50 security deposit? No, but that wasn't an issue. She said I would have to return to the desk at check-out to get deposit back. The morning clerk was male. Either disinterested or incompetent, our interaction was frustrating. It took effort on my part to get the deposit back. Left me wondering how often deposits aren't refunded due to that clerk's indifference.

I was assigned a 1st floor room. Appeared to have been recently renovated. Clean, quiet, sufficient hot water, and air handler that didn't wake me during the night.

The phone didn’t work. The TV would only turn on. You couldn’t change channels or the volume. There was a literal homeless camp in the parking lot. The parking lot was also SUPER dark and I had to take my dog out to the bathroom. Never been the type to be afraid of homeless people or anything but I was definitely uncomfortable

The guy at the front desk was nice enough. The water pressure in the shower was pretty good. Everything else was absolutely awful.

This hotel could be better maintained. The clock radio was unplugged and when I plugged it in, it kept making static feedback so I unplugged it. The bathroom had cracked tile on the floor. The soap dispenser was broken, and it had peeling paint above the shower enclosure. And the room heater was very noisy.

The whole building stinks something terrible. No water pressure at all. All the bedding looked and felt as it was from the 90's (furniture included). There was a wrecked car parked in front of the building that I'm pretty sure someone who is living their drives. I will never ever stay here again. 🤮🤮🤮

The pool and the jacuzzi were shut down for maintenance. And it looks like it's been shut down for quite a while. I didn't see any advertisement about breakfast in the morning. Also our room did not have a blow dryer. And it said have been come with the blow dryer and the place where you plugged. The blow dryer was not working, and the The thing to plug up the sink was not connected to the sink. Inside a sink was pulled out. We couldn't use a sink without the plunge. You get the stuck also with the shower. The air conditioner it's worked just fine , but it was awful. The loud room that we stayed in was 204 , thank you

The walls were dirty and had dings in them. The bottom mattresses were filthy and stained. You could see them when you pulled the sheets back to get in bed. Very disgusting. The bedspreads didn't look like they had been washed in a long time.

I didn't feel safe at this property, and the unlocked window and unbolted door didn't help. Neither did the number of face tattoos on the receptionist. I considered sleeping in my car, but I knew I had a long drive ahead of me in the morning. The pool and jacuzzi are permanently closed, although that fact wasn't disclosed when I booked the hotel. It appears they've been closed for some time, due to the newspaper-covered windows of the pool room. Breakfast which would have made me feel better about the price I paid for my meager accommodation, but unfortunately it wasn't provided.

There were clean sheets on the beds and clean towels in the bathroom. There were very minimal toiletries offered.
