We got a non smoking room and the room smelled so much like smoke. The bed sheets did not look clean at all. The bathroom was not clean either.

I enjoyed that there was an elevator and that there was enough parking.

The place is right by the road and still under construction. If you’re looking for a good night’s sleep, I’d suggest going somewhere else. Booking.com gave me one of the cheapest rooms—right in front of the elevator. By the middle of the night, I actually moved to my car, and honestly, it was way quieter there 😂

There is no breakfast lol. The room is under $100 (nothing fancy, but it does the job!). You can also take the MAX Red Line train to the airport for free—it’s super easy.

Obvious drug and prostitution happening at all hours of the day and night. When I arrived to the hotel I was told that there is a $100 deposit but when I booked the room I called and was told there was no such charge if I booked and paid online. Staff threaten to keep deposits over minimal things like losing the 1 room card they provide, having any guest come on property without showing front desk identification

The location was pretty sketchy and a lot of strange people around in the hotel. The people above me obviously didn't get the word on quite hours and were stomping around till 12am. There was a large Crack in the tile of the hot tub and a strange wood part comeing out of the bed. Lastly the microwave didn't turn because there was no turn latch.

The staff was super nice and helped me out when booking canceled my room unexpectedly.

Room 206 had a dirty, slippery tub, the TV didn't work and neither did the hairdryer and bathroom electrical switch. The sheets were dirty too. There was a prostitute in the parking lot on my 2nd night stay who eventually got picked up. I believe I should have got a refund for my first night with nothing in the room working.

I liked the office lady. She was extremely nice and helpful. She deserves a raise for sure! She did everything she could to make sure everything worked when she moved me to Rm 306. .

The staff refused to let us check in early and we had to wait next door in a ghetto area for hours and there was broke down motor homess outside our door in the street with a garbage pile house next to it. Made us feel unsafe.

The cost was on point especially for a jacuzzi tub which is why I booked. I also found a room for cheaper then this but thought this looked nicer but pictures were not accurate enough and the tub was disgusting.

Definitely didn't feel like a suite. The room was always cold, even with the heater on due to a significant gap in the door. Could definitely tell that the room had been around for awhile as it just looked....beat up. And then with how thin the walls were I was constantly woken up by the other patrons either smoking/laughing or just loudly talking outside the door.

Thankfully the spa in the room worked and the actual location was perfect.

The TV I didn't get to watch TV at all I don't even have cable at home and I still get to see more TV at home than I did there couldn't get to work no channels whatsoever so the whole time I had no TV that really sucked should have been discounted rate.

Homeless people living in junk RVs on street Infront if parking. People on stairs and hollering was annoying. I left the room at 10:00 pm and drove 4 hours home. The parking is a bit tight and difficult to exit.

Room was good. Floors pretty new and clean. Was little old paint but all pretty good. I trusted the mattress and sheets no stains or smells.

Sound proof is very bad, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs and you can hear footsteps from whoever is staying above you. Room smells bad and the towels have black spots even when it should be unused.
