Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe room was outdated and needed some upkeep. The parking was not in front of the room and was a little farther from our room than we liked. There was an Iron but no Ironing board. The TV remote control did not work. Hardly any power outlets to charge our phones.

United StatesA lot of this wasn't the property's fault it was booking.com I always booked a bottom floor and no stairs and handicap tubs and got nothing of that kind they put us upstairs I'm finally had to move out but just before we moved out they came oh we got a room for you still no handicap railing or anything two plugs one of each wall that was it you see that machine I don't recommend this place for any kind of people with handicaps people were nice and helpful but not for handicap

United StatesFor the price we paid we got our moneys worth. Room was clean and felt safe at this location. Only needed to stay one night so this was a good choice.
The breakfast was good. The AC units worked well, we kept it at the temperature we were comfortable with. Location was close to where we needed to be in Oklahoma City. Check in/out was easy. Easy on/off to the freeway as well.
