I was first assigned a room that looked like a smoking room. I then asked for another room, which was again smelling like a smoking room. I decided to stay, though. Booking.com advertises that the lodge provides breakfast while that is not the case. That was shocking to me. They told me that they have already informed the third party app about the case, and still the information remains the same. This needs to be corrected. The body towels in the room are too small, and need to be changed. The chair in the room needs to be replaced with another one.

The location is good, the price is much better than most other hotels in the near surrounding. I left my earbuds while changing my room and the guy in charge brought it back to me. That was really cool. This guy is really reliable and good person. I’m sorry that I didn’t ask for his name. He was the one at the reception on the day I checked in (18th August). Thank you so much, buddy. The bed is comfortable, and the room quite clean.

In the listing it said it had a laundry facility and breakfast in the morning and it had neither. Then the power went out on 3 different occasions, this wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t have medical equipment needed to be plugged up but I did. 10 minutes without my oxygen concentrator luckily I have single use oxygen tanks or this trip would had ended badly. The phone would ring randomly and when picked up no one was on the other line.

I like the price I got through booking.com, I also like how close it is to a lot of shopping and eating areas. I also like the hotel staff accommodating to my disability and giving me a room on the bottom floor.

A fight broke out almost immediately after check-In. Seemed to be over drugs. The sheets were dirty upon arrival. And when I asked for new sheets the front desk tried to argue with me. And told me housekeeping was closed for the day. The phone doesn’t work. So I had to use my cellphone to call the front desk. When he did send someone 45 minutes later to change the bedding they only changed the fitted sheet. And top sheet. Left the same comforter and pillowcases on the bed. So we slept with no comforter and laid the top sheet over the pillows. And sprayed it down with Lysol. Then we were awakened twice in the middle of the night because fights broke out. And to top it off the shower knob was broken off. So the water dripped all night. When we went to take a shower the water was cold. This was the most horrific experience.

The bathroom shower water pressure was very weak, and the new bathtub had no math mat which made taking a shower very difficult. The bathtub surface was very slippery, and I had to be very careful not to fall.

I didn't get up in time for breakfast, however from the looks of the lobby area the breakfast couldn't have been anything to write home about.

I had asked for a first floor room since I have trouble walking. I was told they were all filled but in driving around there were at least 5-6 first floor rooms unoccupied. I had a reservation and was not a last minute customer. Not happy.

The staff is very rude smoking cigarettes right in front of the office she wouldn't let us check in until about 6pm the housekeepers were still cleaning the rooms supposedly The manager bald headed lady is very very rude shes ghetto talking about fighting the people in the hotel I asked for towels she said naw we ain't got none

What I did not like was that the sheets had stains and there were roaches but at that point in my trip I was to tired to even ask for new sheets I could tell that they had been washed but just worn and stained and if there are roaches they are everywhere so changing rooms wouldn't even be worth it....so no it was not worth the price to me..

I liked that the staff was very pleasant and very informative and that check in was very easy.

The reservation indicated breakfast was included. When I asked about it, the woman at the front said that "the machine was broken and they were not able to update the website." I said that one of the reasons I selected the hotel and paid more than others was that breakfast was included. She stated that breakfast was complimentary, so I did not pay extra for it. She was more intent in lecturing me on what complimentary meant, than just apologizing. This was at 8:30am on the morning of 7/30/23. Just an unpleasant experience all around.

The check in was easy and the gentleman at the counter was pleasant.
