Spider webs in the bathroom. Had to ask for extra towels for the next day. For breakfast, nothing was ever refilled. Once food ran out,it was not refilled. Milk and Juice were left out,not refrigerated. Check out times we're not posted. Breakfast times were not posted.

The location was about the only decent thing.

Run down. Visible mold. Smelled like mildew. Bed coverings stained. Hallways smelled like smoke. Bathrooms needed a good cleaning.

The service is terrible you can’t understand the staff. The bathroom in the room had hair everywhere, the tub was dirty, the tag on the hairdryer was completely covered in mold, the counter was sticky and there was no toilet paper. They don’t like to give you a receipt after paying, rather argue with you. Say you get your deposit back as soon as you check out but in reality you don’t get it back for 5-6 business days..

I understand the rooms are different if u have a animal but under our sink was dirt and a dirty sock the bathroom was not clean at all the mirror were smudged and also the TV I cleaned the room my self

The smell was pretty bad in the hallway, the floor os gross.The room smelled funky also. At 130 am, on the last night I was there, the room above me must have had someone move in. Every step they took while they were settling in ,for close to an hour, was so unbelievably loud. It was so crazy loud , that it was actually as much comical ,as it was annoying,

I liked the breakfast food in the morning.I liked that I could stay with my dog for only 15 extra bucks a night.. I liked the location. I liked the price, probably the lowest price in Morgantown. Pillows were comfortable.

Needs a full makeover. The toilet was clean but needed to be scrubbed to get rid of the yellow stains. The bath looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair in the bath.

My bed was just thrown together. Nothing tucked in.

Room was filthy with mold in bathroom sink and shower. One roll of toilet paper (toilet not cleaned and had a filth ring around it)and the sheets and towels had permanent stains. Garbage outside of facility and not emptied. Was there house keeping? I don’t know! The exterior is worn and in need of repair. Trash off side of the parking lot (furniture) and the potholes were a nuisance. Breakfast was mediocre with a jug of milk and jug of juice as part of the fare. You get what you pay for…

Location and price. Was very quiet in spite of the place being packed! Staff very friendly and helpful!

First room they put us in when we checked in, turned the ac on (90 degrees outside) and went to visit family. Returned hours later and discovered that the ac didn’t work. Went to front desk and got moved to another room. This one the ac worked. After we got everything moved the tv wouldn’t work. They had 3 or 4 different remotes before it was working. The carpet in the hallways was disgustingly filthy. We found a used washcloth hanging over the shower curtain. The stopper for the tub was sitting on the side of the tub and it had hair stuck to it, and I just left it alone.

The room was clean. Both beds were soft, but the one made some kind of noise whenever you moved on it. So we used the other bed. I like to use the bed closest to the AC unit but that definitely wasn’t an option.

Older woman at front desk slow and worst attitude. Came back after we checked in our room it smelt like mildew and on top of that the air conditioning was leaking and we went to to report it so nobody blamed us and she caught a attitude even tho I had pictures of the proof. Didn’t even wanna get into another room bc she’s so disrespectful!

Lights in the room hardly worked. Water came out of the shower very slowly. Mold and mildew on the walls and especially in the bathroom. I had a hard time getting the soda machine to take money and the candy machine would take money but wouldn't give me what I wanted and it was hard getting anything out at all. Coffee was nasty.

I like the location of it cause it was close to a lot of things to eat. It was easy to check in and out. It was the cheapest in the area for one night so good value.

The beds were hard and the facility was old. The heater was marginal, but OK.

We went there for a football game. The location was excellent, but the price was about double what we would expect to pay. The free breakfast was good--including hot waffles.

Across river from Morgantown which is where my grandson lived.

Had a microwave and fridge was cold! Was available for a reasonable rate when there’s a football game. TV was great.
