United StatesFirstly, I am sorry I didn't take pictures b cause you aren't gonna believe me when I tell you my experience-I noticed 2 rooms with red condemned signs on their doors! Outside my room was one those Moving Pods containers, nails and screws on the ground around it on or near parking space. Furniture is older but not maintained, to weather aging bathroom floor had dirty shoeprints, bath towels had dirt/grease on them from the dirt/grease left on the towel rack they were hanging from. Had to ask for new pillow cases because there was either dirt/grease or mildew on the ones in my room. Promptly was given fresh clean pillow cases and brand new pillows! I wanted to video the interior so that you would know what you're recommending. The microwave was sitting, only a few feet off the floor, the safe was on top of a block of wood keeping at the same height as the microwave off the floor. I wanted to get moved to a better room situation and told I was in the best. Considering everything mentioned what was that really saying? Rooms curtains had holes clothes pinned together to keep closed. It was way overpriced for the accomodations actually available. Oh, the pictures you're showing.of hotel and the rooms? Needs serious up to date refresher. You guys need a field trip to know exactly who you're advertising ...I was grateful it was the least expensive but cost too much for what you're offered. If I didn't want to sleep in the streets or my car I was grateful, I ate the expense although uncomfortable unsafe feeling I slept on my blankets on their bed in my clothes! Laundry mat first thing early next morning.
Location and staff go above and beyond to compensate for the deteriorating property. Properly respond to any customer service requests or needs.

United StatesDo not stay here! The place is nasty!! The bed sheets were not changed from the people before, there was trash all over the rooms. It smelt like smoke even tho there is “no smoking” they called us when we were driving there asking where are you?!? Like what??? We found a dirty used tampon in the bathroom. We booked with booking.com we complained in less than 5 mins of it. They refuse to pay us our money back. Booking says if they don’t respond in 24 hr there is nothing they can do. But the thing is that this motel will not respond so they can keep your money. Booking.com said oh well and when I asked to speak to someone above them they said they can’t do anything and hung up on. Do not stay here they will steal your money it’s unsafe and nasty!!!

United StatesTwo workers randomly went in our rooms while we were in the room. First was late at night. No knocking just opened our door and said that they were just checking if someone is in the room because our window was open. Our tv and lights are on!! Next was on the morning we’re leaving. Again, no knocking, a worker opened our door again and not speaking in English. Talked to the front desk when we checked out and didn’t apologize right away and tried to make excuses on why it happened.

United StatesThis hotel was so rundown and dirty. Our beds didn't even have fitted sheets. Just a flat sheet thrown over the mattress and the sheets had burn holes all in them. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned. The toilet was dirty and there was dirt in the corners. When I originally booked the room it stated that there was a pull out sleeper chair in the room and there was not. There was also no extra bed available so we had to run to Big 5 to purchase a air mattress for our stay. I will say the staff was very nice but I don't know how they expect to run a hotel this way.
