Half of the room surely needs to be updated. Jazzuri looks weird, with white streaks. When we turn water on, it smells so strong, like sulfuric (rotten egg smell).

I found a former guest’s clothing on the floor behind the bathroom door. That definitely grossed me out. Housekeeping needs to be more observant.

The mattress was excellent. It was quiet and the main room, with the exception of a little dust on the lamps, was pleasant.

The overall property is a bit run down. The sign leading into the property is not lit so if you are coming in at night, you may miss the turn. We asked for a nonsmoking room and were granted this request but our room was connected to a smoking room through a suite door and the people in the connecting room smoked pot all weekend so our room smelled disgusting.

The room was clean and comfortable. Ice was available as needed. It was very close to everything we needed and I really felt the location was nice.

There wasn’t enough lighting to go back to our room in the back area near pool. I felt very scared in our room. The dead bolt on the door was broke looked like someone previously tried to break in. I hated it I didn’t sleep at all the first night watching the door, the second day I requested a refund they did give me partial of it which was nice and i appreciated it. Overall a very dirty, scary room we didn’t walk around without shoes on. Bathroom was terrible.

sits back of the busy main road but what I really liked was that my room was in the court yard area so I had a a really nice view of the pool and well maintained court yard.

The floor was not clean. The shower/tub handles were falling off. The tv was damaged at the bottom of the screen. Parking was limited.

The staff provided towels and took the dirty ones frequently.

The water in the bathroom smelled VERY Metalic and there was a buildbup of yellow rust after two days of the water running in the toilets/shower. There needs to be heavy maintenance work done on the exterior and inside the rooms are dated. There was a filled trash dumpster right outside our room and the people started keeping the trash in a heap next to it instead of getting rid of it. When room service is done, you get "new towels" but the room is not really sanitized or anything. They said free wifi but we couldn't connect any of the days we were there. The owners need to do better with upkeeping and taking care of this place so that it's safe for people. As of now it's not healthy or safe to stay there.

The location is close to the beach. We drove for 10-15 minutes to ocean city with traffic.

It was filthy, i had to park in a very dark area, there was inside furniture sitting outside, i had to walk thru a very DARK, dirty, breezeway to get to my original room, where the room was nonsmoking, smelled like the Marlboro factory, got unpacked after working a 15 hour shift, so i had been up and running from 4 am and it was now, 1am, the air conditioning DID NOT work , neither did the television … the am working told me he’d be there , didn’t show , i had to call 2nd X, now almost 2 am , I had to switch rooms, to another room, carry all of my things AGAIN, while man watched me , and then, AGAIN The TV , nope, didn’t work, no batteries in the remote…The towels and bathroom were YELLOW, so gross, the tub drain had so much hair in it, it was THEE MOST DISGUSTING tub ever and the walls had nicotene dripping down them from people smoking and the place never being cleaned…

Nothing, it was dirty, they had furniture sitting outside of the rooms with people sitting outside smoking, there was trash everywhere
