Outdated & very shoddy workmanship. Black stuff came out of the sink faucet. Items in room are rusted & old. Needs a major makeover! Breakfast was nothing to brag about. Won't stay here again.

Security latch on door was broken and unusable. A saw a few bugs on the pillows. I didn't see a nest or anything but that needs to be addressed. AC was not adequate for the room

As soon as you enter the room it smelled stinky mixed with weed smoke 🤢The room was not clean the bathtub was disgusting🤮 the beds were so uncomfortable we could barely even sleep on them every time you move they made a very loud squicky sound😵‍💫 we all woke up with our backs hurting 😖 even my kids complained about the beds. We do not recommend this hotel to clean decent people. We will not be staying here again that's for sure.

The only thing we liked and appreciated was the bed sheets were cleaned and the staff lady at front desk was very nice.

Unfortunately this hotel has many problems to be renovated. Our ADA Room had leaky faucet that constantly ran water. The whole room was worn out looking..needs to be renovated. For some reason even towels were dingy color..not fresh white. Bring your sanitizer wipes..that's what I did on every surface. Only had coffee in morning..no muffins or continental breakfast as advertised.

Location was convenient Lots of hotels on street. Front desk clerk very friendly and accommodating. Reasonable price. Bed was comfortable. Very lighted parking. Car parking in front of rooms.

BEWARE PHOTOS ARE 100% FALSE ADVERTISING! We stopped at this hotel purely because we broke down on the road and needed a place to stay. The photos looked nice and it was cheap, so we booked. The staff member at the front desk was rude thru the entire check-in process and was screaming to the manager if they had any clean rooms. As if that wasn't bad enough, the room was disheveled and run down. But we had no way of leaving, so we had to make due and because of the rude staff, we didn't feel comfortable asking for a different room. There was a leaking tub faucet, a painting on the ground, burn holes in the blankets and sheets, bathroom door did not have a latch. filthy upholstered chairs and duvet and worst of all someone else's hair in the bedding, so it obviously was not properly cleaned. The AC unit was also so filthy that it was not working properly, and because my husband has worked in hvac, he cleaned the filter in the sink to get it to work.

The TV was broken, the coffee maker was broken and under the bed was a dirty nasty towel shoved underneath the bed. The room was not worth $70.00

The room smelled like marijuana, there were hairs on my “clean” linen, the floors had just been mopped but they were so nasty my feet were black from walking on them barefoot. I was also charged 3 times for the room.

The Ryde manager, hole by the ac system, old looking tub, room was not that clean.

I love the front desk staff. Not the manager at all. And the way you have to get more towels. By standing outside a door. Wait about 15 mins. Then the manager comes out of a side door. With more towels not good customer service. The room had a big hole by the ac system. Flies, and mosquitoes was all in the rooms. Tub wqa stained all up. You could tell it was old. But the lobby looked amazing.

No breakfast was offered except store shelf muffins. No ice was available at the hotel. For the price it wasn’t worth staying since we had to leave the hotel to eat and get ice.
