The outside looked nothing like the pictures it was more ran down than what the pictures showed the place virtually looked ran down

There were people sitting outside of our room almost all night smoking in their car. Though the place seemed clean enough, it felt dirty because of the damaged furniture and such. There were random holes in walls and what not.

The attendants were very nice.

Room was not clean and the sink had beard hair all over in it. It was disgusting.

Refrigerator was dirty inside. Toilet paper roll broken, hair dryer didn't work, wrinkled curtain, sink drained slowly, only two plastic cups in the room. Breakfast was minimal first day, a little more the third day but only decaf coffee.

Bed was comfortable. No bugs! Staff was friendly.

Good location, had an ice machine but had to ask for it to be turned on, had EV chargers in the parking lot.

I found 3 bugs during the night. 1 was 1/4 inch long in the tub. 2nd one in the sink slightly smaller. 3rd one was small and I left it with the cleaning young man for owner to see. All of them had 6-10 legs. The young man mopping the floor called the manager who said he'd be there in three hours and I had to leave at 7 o'clock. I think I deserve my money back, but I'm sure I won't get it nor has he tried to call me yesterday or today. I wouldn't recommend it and I won't stay there myself.

It was run down. Seemed like they rented rooms for a few hours and I felt very uncomfortable with the noises from room next door. I would never rent there again. We planned to stay in Brockport for 4 wknds for college football. This place was a mistake.

We cancelled on 9/12 so I can’t answer these questions! The clerk said he would send us the cancellation by email but we never received it. We called & he answered that our laptop was slow! Our laptop is not what’s slow! Stay tuned if fees for economic- dodge are on my CC bill!

Outside stairway to get upstairs to the second floor rooms is not very well lit. The heat in the room was completely shut off when we got the room and my daughter and I had to figure out how to turn it on. I ended up having to push a reset button on the plug which was partially hanging out of the wall. The TV in the room worked but for some reason you could only adjust the volume with the remote, we couldn't get it to change the channel or bring up the menu at all.

Clean. Location is conveniently located around shops and places to eat. 8 minutes from Brockport college.

This hotel is way overpriced. I would expect to pay around US$70 for a hotel like this. The property while clean is run down. The washing machine required a bit of cardboard to wedge in the lid to function. The laundry room was under a half inch of water. The breakfast was non existent. There were no cereal bowls and only half a cup of cereal in each hopper. There were about three pastries and one apple.

The staff were very helpful and addressed all questions quickly and effectively

The entire property was under construction. The second floor debris was crumbling and falling down in front of first floor rooms. Outside of rooms was dirty. TV was barely adequate.

Very dirty, second floor balcony extremely dangerous, hanging off building, falling apart. Front lobby extremely dirty, build in desperate need of upkeep. Didn't even attempt to get into room. Conditions were extremely hazardous to even attempt to get into room.
