This hotel is right off Burnet and highway 183, meaning it was loud. Ambulances and emergency vehicles woke me up at night. Pillows need to be replaced.

Considering today's ridiculous prices for hotel stays, this place fit the bill. This hotel provided the wife and I a fairly nice and, more importantly, clean place to stay. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. We received room service every day. I would definitely stay here again.

- internet was almost useless. - It is the kind of hotels where in the middle of the night you will see police lights, and on the next morning 2 police cars and people going in and out of a room in the same floor.

Located nearby Amazon Locker, The Domain and areas of interest of my trip; The room was alright and for a trip where you need nothing but to sleep, this was good enough. Included breakfast although we ended up going to a supermarket and getting some groceries we kept in the rooms included fridge. Size of the bedroom was great thouh

The cleaning staff missed to clean my room 1 day (Not sure why?). Internet speed was slow.

The facilities were not very nice. There were bugs in the room. The bathroom needs to be upgraded.

The price was great, and I liked the location. There were plenty of things to do, within a short walk. Staff I worked with were professional and friendly.

The room needs to be more cleaned a little bit more detailed a lot of grime in the corners. Dust floor, still dirty because I went barefoot it in my bottom. My feet got black.

The room was quite cold and I only had a sheet to cover myself, though I was given a blanket by staff when asked the next day. It could do with a few touch-ups, most notably the crack in the basin's tap(faucet) and using the shower was a bit confusing at first. The water could have been a bit warmer also. (A moot point would be I'd have rathered it was closer to town, but at least there's a bus stop (with a decent service) a hundred metres away.)

It was affordable and has a 24 hour shop in the form of a 7-Eleven at the petrol(gas) station next door. The staff were nice and the breakfast, though very basic, was adequate. Most of all, the bed was comfortable after a whole day travelling.

Not a good area, felt a little concerned for our safety. Very run down from outside and although clean, it was very tired. Staff were ignorant and unhelpful. Breakfast was dire! Wouldn't recommend.

The power outlets showed heavy use and my charger had to be at just the right angle to work. The TV didn't turn on, I suspect the remote was broken. Not a big deal, I used my tablet for shows.

Breakfast that they advertise was very poor, second morning it was finished early and staff didn’t do anything to refill the pancake mix. Still waiting for my pre authorization/deposit money back after almost a month.

This was one of the only affordable options in Austin (European standards), so hence we stayed here. Place was very basic, you could take a bus there from the center that took us about 40 mins.

Located on the number 3 bus line, we found it was easy enough to travel downtown. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly but not able to assist us with travel tips.
