Would be great to have a small gym and the ability to buy occasional drinks around the pool, but otherwise all great.

The resort is very chilled and all staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming. The pool area was great as was the free breakfasts and lunch. I’ve stayed in quite a few gay resorts and this is the best one so far in terms of finish and presentation.

What a wonderful place for a getaway in the sun! Continental breakfast available by the pool in the morning, and an option to order a box lunch for delivery if you're going to lounge around for the day. Close enough to downtown to walk if that suits you. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and firepit area. And the opportunity to freely be in some gay adult space was welcome. What more could you ask for when you need to escape a busy life or a cold grey winter for sun and palm trees?

Kent the manager and Maxwell the assistant manager and basically everyone on that team is awesome, made us feel at home and take an old school approach to hospitality that is rare and so needed. We'll come back again!

Overall, one of the best stays I have had in a long time. When the staff knows your name, asks questions that aren't intruding but overall helpful, and then has capacity to follow up and ask you again to make sure your visit is wonderful - 5 star service! The entire experience from check-in to check-out couldn't have gone better. It is a wonderful value for such an exclusive experience as well.

I honestly can't think of any improvements for this property!

This modern yet cozy boutique men's resort is such a gem with many amenities like breakfast, lunch, coffee/water/sodas, and they even host a wine happy hour on Thursday/Friday/Saturday from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. This resort has so many small touches, making it an incredible location to relax and be yourself. The staff are just incredible! They are friendly, get to know you, and truly enjoy serving their guests. They keep the resort immaculate and ensure there are towels at the pool, the "Cantina" which has complimentary coffee, water, and sodas, is stocked, and they keep cookies there throughout the day. The pool is heated and there are heaters on the patio for outdoor seating. There is also a fire pit which was great for hanging out at night in the crisp Palm Springs air. I will definitely be back! I love that if you want to be solo and relax, you can. But if you want to be social, this is a great place to meet others. *Note - this is a men's resort, and the common areas are clothing optional. Everyone from the staff to fellow guests were kind and respectful regardless of which "option" people chose.

Honestly, there was nothing I could say negative about this resort. I left wanting to stay much longer.

I loved our stay at Descanso Resort the staff was amazing. They made you feel like family and I would definitely make this a regular place to come relax.

The hotel is amazing, clean, renovated, all excellently kept up. The staff is beyond amazing and friendly. They provide you with additional services all day long at no expense and try to make sure you feel as amazing as possible! Free parking available, AC amazing, room was amazing big and just wow.

We were at the 1st floor and the room was noisy because of people at the second floor, even a light walk was hearable on our floor.
