No wash clothes ! I kept asking housekeeping for a wash cloth they bought me 19 towels and I spilled wine on the bed by accident because whoever came gave me a arm full of towels smh. I never needed towels do they not understand what a wash cloth is ? But other than that the stay was phenomenal!!! Also it was a HUGE DOG IN the office which triggered my anxiety.but it was amazing besides that

Clean, cute, very comfortable beds. Hot water issue in first room but they moved me to another when I mentioned it and it was good. Safe, access via key.

The parking price was pretty excessive. The bar outside was almost never staffed.

The location was great and the hotel was very cute. It felt like an upscaled 70s motel but in a good way. The pool was very nice and clean.

There was an extremely loud pool party going on when we arrived. It only lasted until around 6, so it didn’t really bother us, but if you were hoping for a quiet dip in the pool during the afternoon, check the hotel schedule to see when the next party takes place…

My room looked out at the back road; I would have researched about getting a better view / a balcony view next visit. But you can just as easily go enjoy the beautiful rooftop and pool!

Great location, big room, walk and bike to everything. Pool is a benefit, and awesome drinks by the staff. I would definitely want to stay again.

Great location for walking around 6th street. But if you're a light sleeper bring earplugs. The street stays loud from early evening till when the bars shut down. 6th street is a younger crowds party area. Cool hotel! Nice pool area and excellent restaurant/bar. Girl hotel—black washcloth for makeup, Q-tips, nice toiletries, lightweight robe.

Some reviews complain of the parking fee ($35/night I think.) But if you're cheap like me, unload your bags and then park near the church/cemetery and walk back. It's a 10 min easy walk.

Cute hotel. Centrally located. Very friendly staff. Clean. Bathrooms down the hall were nice, large, and had plenty of privacy. Coffee machine and water in room and replenished daily. Ask for a room facing the pool as they're quieter.

Fantastic location on East 6th street in Austin. There are always scooters available right outside, making it super easy and fun to get anywhere. The restaurant and bar right under the hotel are great. Overall a really great option for the price.

Lighting in room wasn't very bright. Room was on front of building and neighborhood is loud on weekend nights.

Lots of food options. Close to location where conference was held. Room was comfortable.

Customer service was not the best. Felt like young people that didnt always know how to treat complaints or help you with stuff. Some were better than others.

The night clerk could have been a little more presentable.

It was very very clean. A little taken back i didn't have a bathroom nor did the over head light work. I didn't book this my husband did. Not my style of Hotel, however it was very very very clean.
