We did not have a problem parking because we were off season but I can imagine during the height of the summer season parking could be a problem.

We had a great stay. We only stayed over 1 night. We were in room 8. I loved our own little deck with a table and chairs. Right off our little deck was a cute patio with a water fountain. The room was small but quaint. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable

I had no remote for the TV, even though owner was in contact with me about it. I was surprised I didnt receive any compensation back for the inconvenience. I had a 7 year old daughter with me and once we were back in room the wifi was not working and we couldn't watch TV. So it was very frustrating.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and location was absolutely perfect. I would stay here again.

I'm not a big fan of bathrooms that have the sink area outside the shower area.

Parking is very tight. First come first serve The two streets we were advised to park on had no spaces to park. We arrived @ 9:00 pm. Many of the surrounding streets are resident only parking stickers required. We were fortunate a car came out of the parking lot as we kept circling around the area to find a parking spot. I don’t know what we would have done if that car didn’t come out. Lots of Tow Zone signs posted everywhere. We feared the car would be towed and was debating to see if other facilities with plenty of parking had a vacancy for that night . No breakfast, but there was a coffee maker in the room . No elevator. Rooms on 2nd & 3rd floor. A bit challenging for people in their 70’s or with any walking issues but great place for younger clientele

We were there back in 2019 and loved the location. Since then it was redone and is even better. We had a great night and I look forward to going back in October!

Brilliant location right off the Main Street and waterfront. The room had a balcony with table and chairs which was lovely. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff.

Bathroom was very small.

Quaint, simple room ,but very clean. The manager was very accommodating with our late arrival. His advice to eat prior to arriving in Rockport at night was helpful.

The temps outside were frigid. Had the heat turned up to 76 to be comfortable as the bed nearest the vents was fine but he one near the door was drafty. I'm sure if we had come in the summer, it would have been lovely. We just happy to find a motel open this time of year as many of the places and restaurants in Bearskin Neck have closed for the season.

No breakfast served. Did not really need to check in as notes were left on the door with a key in our room. We had a number to call if anything was needed. The bathroom was cold but the room heated up a bit once we contacted staff to turn it up. The room was really clean. The sink was in the main room . No tub but a shower if needed. Also had a fridge for leftovers from the restaurant. It was really convenient to the venue nearby for the concert we attended.

The Eagle House Motel is in an excellent location, right in downtown Rockport and a 5 minute walk to Front Beach! Our room was clean and comfortable.

The price was a little bit high and there’s not very much open around the surrounding area after 5 PM, everything else was pretty good though

I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were; they pretty much had everything prepared down to my receipt before I even showed up, he showed me right to my room and he told me a bunch of possible places to eat if I was hungry, and a lot of local attractions for the next day
