Hotel did not have dedicated parking but did have valet. The hotel staff gave good recommendations for offsite parking however.

Location could not have been better for the Santa Rosa Marathon. The staff was great! Very clean room, beautiful building.

The general area was a bit empty at night, and I would’ve like to have had more secure self parking adjacent to the property.

It was a great location within easy access to shopping and restaurants. The historic building was modernized smartly and well kept up.

I wasn't so crazy about the breakfast. I don't think any fruits were available, only juice. Coffee was good!

I liked the location, large windows, re-purposed building, the bar/lounge and selection of wines and food. The staff were exceptional - helpful, friendly, kind, informative. I appreciated that so many offerings were local - wines, beers, coffees, maybe even more! I appreciated being only a block from the Santa Rosa Creek trail. I ran each morning - a beautiful spot.

WE STAY AT HOTEL E EVERY YEAR WHEN WE VISIT FRIENDS IN SANTA ROSA. WE LOVE THIS HOTEL! LOCATION IS IDEAL .PLENTY OF EXCELLENT RESTAURANTS IN WALKING DISTANCE. EVEN A MOVIE THEATER. WHILE THERE THIS TIME, THERE WAS A FOOD MARKET/FAIR ON THE SQUARE. AN EXCELLENT FRENCH RESTAURANT 500 FEET AWAY. STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

We like the location and we liked the nice little bar that we could stop in when we got back from our evening out. The young men there were always so friendly, kind and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the name of the guy with the Afro but he, Logan and Najir were wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!

$100 dollar deposit which still hasn’t been refunded. While I completely understand the necessity, it would be good that the process is a little speedier. I was told it would take 3 to 5 working days, 7 working days later I am still waiting for this refund. Maybe take the card details and only charge it in the event of damage! We left it all in perfect condition. I’ve messaged the hotel and waiting to hear back.

Lovely hotel, easy parking and clean! Friendly staff, attentive and kind. We only were there for one night arriving to SF and needed a place to stay on the way to Northern California and Santa Rosa happened to be the perfect stop! Lovely restaurants and nice, safe ambiance when we went for a walk in the evening. Really recommend! We stayed in SF on the way back and it wasn’t a pleasurable experience, don’t waste your time if you want to visit SF, stay in Santa Rosa at Hotel H instead! Better value for money, safer and more relaxing! Thank you all. I wish we had stayed there on the way back as well!
