Outlets near bed, especially with USB would be convenient. Basic shower dispenser with shampoo, soap would help travelers.

the one issue I discovered was nothing worked in the front room. It was not an issue for me but I was unaware of it beforehand and others might have More of an issue.

i liked almost everything about it.. good bed, excellent overall accommodations and normally perfect location ( there was construction but I was made aware before and it is temporary).. also the owner and especially maintenance were very helpful when I had a situation with the lock.

Beds were not the most comfortable but nice place for the price. The shower was a little dirty. The bathroom toilet was right next to the sink cabinet, if we were any larger, we would have issues with that

It was a nice little apartment. Nice to have a kitchen to prepare food if you want to, etc. It was warm and cozy. No human interaction, If you're an introvert like me, that's nice😊

Bedroom doorknob fell off and the toilet paper roller wasn’t working properly. Sink in bathroom wasn’t attached well. Living room television remote didn’t work and slow WiFi.

The choice of different style mattresses. The books were a nice selection to read. Great selection of decor. The bathroom shower with the choice to sit down was nice to have.

There was only one bath towel for my wife and I. I had to buy a second bath towel. There were also no hand towels. The parking area was very icy and never treated. I actually fell and hurt myself pretty good. Ice melt was added near the entry a day later.

The location was perfect for the reason of our stay! Plenty of parking in rear for our truck and trailer.

Being cold. I was not thinking about the apt. being I. 1900's two story house in an older neighbor hood of Lansing.

It was ok but cold. I could not stay warm. When in the place I tool the top comforter from the other bed and napped. Watched watched TV from the bed. Never got warm.

There were a few channels/apps you couldn’t access on the tv. We didn’t have access to the air conditioner, so It gets hot sometimes.

The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures. The landlord was always helping and answering all our questions and needs. It is well connected by bus to MSU and Meridian Mall. We stayed in August there and i t was always quiet.

It says no smoking but we could smell someone smoking weed in a nearby unit. There should be more towels and washcloths since there is room for more than 2 people to stay. The television said it had sling to use but there wasn’t.

The neighbors downstairs were extremely loud and argued a lot.

Everything was clean and anything you could possibly need for a short trip as far as linens towels cookware etc was all provided which makes it much easier than having to travel with all of those things.

Limited ability to control thermostat because the temperate needs to be consistent on both floors of the building. However, Chris was very responsive in having someone come out to adjust it.

Our mother and a friend wee visiting from Toronto, and we just didn't have enough space for two guests. I looked at local hotels, and was going to give up the search when I came across these apartments. I know the location, and it was super close to our house. Our guests were THRILLED with the place - the size, cleanliness, appliances, and even some workout machines! Truly a gem - we have told several of our friends, and encourage anyone who is looking to stay in Lansing to consider these apartments!
