Carpets need refreshed, tub was rusty.

It’s a very convenient place to stay. The value is great. The pool is always refreshing.

The carpets felt tacky like you didnt want to walk in your bare feet in. The bathroom was so small and the toilet was so close to the floor it felt like you were sitting on a toddlers seat. Also the tub was very small and bugs kept crawling out of the drain, they kind of looked like a mix between a potato bug and a roach not sure what kind but either way it was gross. I would still stay here again but i would highly suggest updating the bathrooms and carpet scrubbing once in a while!

Loved the location, access to the beach, and the pool was extremely clean with lots of available seating. Even tho it wasnt a private balcony the dividers between rooms gave you enough privacy to make you comfortable and the outdoor seating was very sturdy, loved sitting outside in the morning.

Lots of noise at night. Lots of noise inside room with air conditioning. Refrigerator was not working. Floor was dirty had to wear shoes. The lighting outside the room was very bright in the room and curtains were to small to keep it out.

The location was excellent. Close to boardwalk for beach access. Close to bus stops. Very nice pool. Parking was terrific.

There is no really complaints, but we did ask for towels and it took forever. Also, the blankets were too thin. I feel like they should have better blankets in the rooms. Pillows are fine, but the blanket could be better. It felt like we were in the hospital with blankets.

Room 319 the door wouldn't stay locked. I called 2 times and a maintenance technician came and fixed it. 2 hours later the door didn't lock again.

Our AC unit was in the window, they had one on the wall but it must of been broken or for heat only. So the noise level was louder than expected.

July 4th was a absolute nightmare when it came to the location of this hotel. The hotel was fine and probably usually is a fine hotel to stay at buy July 4th, this location happened to be right in the mess of everything for one night. The next morning it tuned into a crime scene by the police department because of certain things happening on July 4th. The parking is a little tight and there were some cars that needed to park in the overflow section. The hotel room was a normal size but the bathroom is smaller, but we made do because the room was worth it.

I like this property as I grew up staying there. This is nice being on the end of the boardwalk and away from the typical boardwalk noise. It was a little crowded as far as parking but I like how the parking was on site.

There was a lot of smoking on the balconies which made the smell linger making it unpleasant to sit on the deck. But other than that no complaints !

Awesome location!!! Short walk to coffee, restaurants, 7-11 store. At the end of the boardwalk so its quiet, you still can walk from beginning to end. Great price, staff is super friendly.

Everything was great except for 2 pretty big exceptions, which made our stay somewhat uncomfortable: 1. No black out curtains, no room-darkening shades. If you like to sleep in a dark room, this place is not for you. The blinds are for privacy only and do nothing to keep out the bright lights from the beach-walk at night, or the sun, which shines directly into the room in the morning. I highly recommend bringing a sleeping mask! 2. There is only one VERY thin blanket on the bed. I located an additional, equally thin blanket in the closet, but it still wasn't enough. We were quite cold in the bed and had to turn down the air conditioning, which made the room hot and muggy. If you stay here, I recommend you bring your own blanket. While these things might seem minor, for the price you pay for this room, decent room-darkening/blackout shades, and a reasonable blanket/comforter seem to be basic things that should be provided.

We booked the Dunes Court, but they upgraded us to the Dunes Suites building. It's on the same property, but is directly on the oceanfront. Our room was technically "garden view", but we could walk directly out the back door onto the beach, which was a nice an unexpected bonus. The room was clean and spacious and I really appreciated having a fridge and freezer. They brought us fresh towels on the second day, but didn't clean the room. The price we paid for the Dunes Court was reasonable compared to other properties in the area, but still seemed high for a 2-star motel. The price we would have had to pay for the Dunes Suites was higher.
