Very spotty Wi-Fi, with service dropping off for up to 30 minutes. Not enough towels and soap, had to request more from front counter.

Comfortable bed. The staff members were very friendly and tried to accommodate you depending on your needs.

I request and extra rolling bed and they give me an air mattress that didn't stay fill. Principal door in poor conditions.

The hotel does not have an elevator. The pool floor needs updated as we could feel broken concrete while swimming. The guest laundry only has 1 washer and 1 dryer.

The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the toilet not working. We were moved to another room with no problems. They fixed the problem the next day in the previous room. (they moved us right next door which made the move easy). The location was great. We were close to downtown with plenty of places to eat and we also were able to see the lake easily.

The room was amazing so I thought, I meant to talk to the front desk but my child had surgery right away in the morning so I had a lot on my mind, we drove almost 5 hours 1 way and were exhausted by the end of the night, the top throw blanket smelt like Body Oder so my mom child and I shared a bed! Other than that it was an amazing night!

Loved that it wasn’t in the middle of town, staff was super friendly!

Steps getting into the facility would be had for older clients with knee and back issues.

Older hotel. The price point was too high for this hotel. I have stayed in much nicer facilities for the same price. The bathroom was very small and unless you are under 5 feet tall the shower was difficult to use. The parking lot was in great need for repair. The thing that bothered me most was that this hotel can in no way be ADA compliant. You have 2 flights of steps to even get in the building and unless you are on the 2nd floor, you have more steps to deal with. I did not see an elevator. This needs to be well posted about this place. If I had been traveling with my 82 yo parents this would have been a disaster

The bathroom door did not have enough clearance to close properly. The pool was ice cold and the breakfast was extremely limited.

The room was clean and the sink area was modernized. The front staff were nice and helpful.

Someone's cigarette smoke was in the vents and invaded my bathroom. The staff was very good and moved me to another room.

Pool area was rundown, very small area. Wobbly pool furniture. We were there 9 years ago when it still had a hot tub and sauna, now it’s just a small pool with poolside rooms. No hot tub or sauna. Bathroom was tiny, shower floor was “wavy” and dirty. Had to ask for more towels, had a reservation for 4 people and only had 2 towels. Coffee pot was dirty and still had a coffee filter pouch in it. Microwaves took a long time to heat up food.

The location to Duluth - Bayfront Park was good. Only a 20 minute drive. Breakfast was good, typical continental breakfast. Kids liked having the pool. Beds were semi-comfy. Linens were clean.

Room was with pool view, but floor on deck and view was so, so. Breakfast was disappointing, no eggs or meat. Poll was cold and dirty.

The building and hallways look outdated, the bathroom in the room as well. The A/C was a bit loud, something to consider if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast was good but only sweet stuff.

The man at the reception was very helpful, during checkin he asked which floor and which side we would prefer our room to be. The room seemed to be partially renovated, beds were comfy. The building is right by the highway so easy access. Our room was quiet despite being so close to the highway.
