United StatesI really don't have a single complaint at all.. Maybe just that the pool is freezing LMFAO considering how hot it is outside.. That's about it Oh and it took me an absurdly long time to figure out that the dresser in the room is only half a dresser LOL the other half of it is a hidden cabinet for the refrigerator and microwave.. That was both entertaining for my wife and confusing for me.. Just a heads up so you know where they are
We came to town to celebrate my son's 15th birthday with movies, Stevie b's, and our favorite Hotel chain.. The hotel is beautiful, and perfectly located right off the highway (across from the theatre) and so easy to find.. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were super comfortable.. The 5:30 kickback is an awesome bonus with the free adult beverages, after being in the pool literally all day with my kids.. its the perfect end to your day.. The blonde with glasses checking us in was so great with my youngest (he have her a rock 🤣🤷🏽♀️) .. There was a biracial lady working the kickback one evening and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for not just my wife and myself but for our kids as well.. The petite brunette I'm assuming manager (we saw her the 2nd half of the day) was very sweet and would go out of her way to bring my son a bag of popcorn for after the pool so that he didn't miss his chance to grab one since he would NEVER leave.. My kids probably spent 90% of their day that they could in the pool, we love the Drury and their indoor outdoor pool patios.. Already planning on a return in October for the younger ones 7th birthday weekend!!

Your manager was the first time that anyone wanted my input on want they can do for us. I told him that we would like one along I-90 in New York around Buffalo or Rochester. So, he said to ask and it couldn't hurt to ask.

United StatesI took my key card to the front desk because I was haveing trouble with it and instead of getting me a new one I was asked to go back to my room and get my ID haveing trouble with my key card made this quite difficult not to metion time consuming I felt like they didn't beleive me. I have business in Finely this week and plan to stay there again I hope my stay will not be like that.
I liked almost everything about it was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I used to work on the road.

United StatesWe stayed for 2 nights. Other than replacing towels, the room not refreshed for the second night. If I pay for one night i get a freshly made bed. If I pay the same amount again for the second night, where's the freshly made bed? If you don't remake the room after the first night, I suggest that guests be clearly informed. After everything else about the experience was clearly designed to be a notch above hospitable, this experience was a bit disappointing. I'm rooting for you.
You business model works well with the dinner and breakfast offered to weary travelors and workers. The staff was excellent.
