How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There was nothing i didn’t like
Everyone so friendly, thank you to the gentlemen and lady that helped me Friday night. I had an issue with my booking and the care and kindness these three showed me will never be forgotten. My room was beautiful room, and comfortable and the distance from the airport was a plus

The only negative was a very loud aircon and long waiting for the elevators.
Very friendly stuff!! Complementary dinner plus 3 drinks (maybe not always)!!! Small but nice room (in a positive way a little bit different to the US standard mid-price hotels). Overall a very positive experience.

Absolutely nothing
Wonderful location and very clean and comfortable room. Also easy to get to both the airport and attractions like world of Coca Cola. However this pales in comparison to the amazing staff who were nothing short of spectacular and looked after myself and my kids beautifully when we missed a flight. Thank you!

The room we had was a queen size double bed room, and it was pretty tight. The pool was a little cloudy, and the chlorine burned my eyes very bad.
The free breakfast, free dinner was okay and free alcoholic beverages were good! And the staff was very sweet and helpful. The pool is huge. Some of the pool is inside of the building. The other half is on the outside of the building and I also have a Jacuzzi, which is nice.

Shuttle leaves from domestic terminal and is inconvenient when arriving late at night with small children at the international terminal. Our airport taxidriver (we took a taxi instead for such a small distance) was rude and tried to make us pay $30. When asking for the meter instead it still came out $25. He was also very unpleasant and that gave us a bad start unfortunately. Just a warning. The shuttle was a convenience we also choose the hotel for but we didn’t know about the two different terminals and extra busshuttle. Our two children just didn’t have the energy for that anymore.
The breakfast and a small eveningbuffet and 3 drinks (adults) are included. Fitness room and pool (inside and out and hottub) available.

My stay was over.
"This hotel was a great find! The room was very clean, quiet and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast, 5:30 kickbacks and free drinks, which gave a wide variety of options. We appreciated the free parking and added security. The location was perfect and close to airport and attractions. It was my husband and I first time staying at a Drury Inn hotel and my first time in Atlanta. We would definitely stay here again!"
