The continental breakfast comes at a cost and it's pretty expensive per person.

Loved the water slide the kids had so much fun. There was a trolley that took us down to downtown Gatlinburg and it was continuous mm every 30ish mins. Until late at night.

It was a little on the pricey side, but a fun splurge for one night!

Furniture in room a little dated, toilet / shower area small. Having to pay $15 dollars for parking is TERRIBLE! You can stay anywhere in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge and not have to pay for parking. Don't like the pet friendly part either. I used to stay there every year until they made it pet friendly and stopped going there because of it! Thought I would try it again but I do not like dogs in a hotel and don't like paying for parking! Will stay somewhere else next time!

The only thing that we didn’t like was that the room didn’t have a microwave in it. You had to go down the hallway and use a microwave close to the ice machine. That’s the only thing we didn’t like.

We love to stay at this hotel! Been staying here since the 80’s. Love the location and the view of the mountains. The pool is amazing. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

there were a few cons. we were on the 11th floor which i love but i had to run the water for 20 minutes at 7am to get the hot water on. the ac was leaking pretty bad when it was turned on. it caused the balcony to be slick. there are a few things in the room that probably should be upgraded. the refrigerator for one which made a ticking noise all night long, from the time we got there to the time we left. i also wish there was a microwave in every room, not a huge con but i personally didn’t want to leave the room everytime i wanted to heat something up.

the beds were very comfy and the location of this hotel is amazing! the view from the 11th floor is just gorgeous. it’s off on its own and i like that because it’s still not too far away from the main strip! the bar was nice, bartenders were friendly and the drinks were great. the pool was really nice, we also grabbed some pizza down by the pool that was good. staff were friendly and helpful. the place was clean. parking wasn’t a problem nor were elevators/ wait times. it’s pet friendly which i also love! (although we didn’t bring a pet.)

The only thing I wasn't happy with was having to pay for parking at the hotel I already paid for, that should have been included with what I already paid. You shouldn't charge someone extra to park on your premises.

The hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean and absolutely fine. The location and breathtaking views are the reason to stay here.

The location is fantastic and the staff are great. We stayed on the 14th floor in a mountain facing room. The views are wonderful and the sunset and sunrises are spectacular. We also saw 3 bears strolling through the grounds!

The entrance to the road up the to the hotel is not well lit by night; one can easily miss the "vere left" direction on GPS because of the lack of street lighting.

The hotel was delightful. The pool is very nice and open late which was great after a long day. The room was lovely and spacious. The staff were all efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel sits above the city which not only offered a great view, but allow us a spectacular view of a rainstorm which we actually sat above (spectacular).

The furniture in the room was beat up and needs replacing. The bathroom could use painting especially the door. The bathroom area with the toilet did not have a fan.

The view is outstanding on top of the hill looking at the Smokies. Staff was exceptionally helpful and greeting. Chance of seeing a bear or 2 is high, but the staff makes sure to keep all guests safe.

When we checked into our room , our sink was dirty and clogged . The sheets on our bed stunk , badly . The hotel corrected both of these issues immediately and we greatly appreciated that
