Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBeing picky, but I would have liked more coffee in the room and one of the clean towels they brought had a blood stain on it. Nothing else worth mentioning.
Room was great, everything was clean and in great condition. Staff was great in the few interactions I had with them. Parking was close and we were able to park right outside our room. Room was spacious (king suite) and our daughter was comfortable on the fold out bed. Great location, it was no more than 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do.

Good breakfast and they also sell Starbucks directly in the hotel. The location was great; right in the centre of the city! Polite staff, big, wide, spacious rooms and a great overall hotel atmosphere (especially the spacious lobby). Complimentary chocolate chip cookies provided upon both check-in and check-out.

United StatesAnd there was nothing about the actual property itself that I disliked. The only thing I disliked was one of the staff members and how they treated me and made myself and my daughter feel a little uneasy for the rest of our stay.
The room was great! It was very clean and comfortable to roam around and sit and relax in the lobby area. The pool was fun and the hot tub was nice. They give you delicious warm cookies when you check in! I liked that they had room service available.
