Small place for breakfast, not a lot of variety for the good

Hotel is very near to the airport and free shuttle from airport to hotel vice versa

It’s very large and spread out. I needed to bring my luggage to my room. I had to park my car far away, snake my way back to the hotel on a clumsy cart-no bellmen were in sight- walk thru a huge lobby to the second concourse-get in a tiny elevator with the cart, and continue my journey to the 6th wing to my room. It probably took 10-15 minutes one way. It was ridiculous.

Check in after 2.5 hours! The wait was due to a flight cancellation and they had to welcome the passengers. However, we were in the same line, who had nothing to do with the canceled flight. The reception staff is not enough. Since they have so much work, they should hire employees. For this delay they offered the customers a cookie! We paid 210 dollars for one night. We had informed that we would check in at 11:30 p.m. and finally we entered the room at 2:00 a.m.

Room with balcony. But balcony without chairs and table, cannot be used.

What they called a suit was two adjacent rooms w only one bathroom in the main room.

The balcony sounded nice but being on the ground floor, it didn’t make an impact.

Large hotel room, comfortable beds. Great swimming pool. The property feels like a village and the outdoor smelled like pine trees. Very close to Seatac airport (no noise of planes when in the room; providing airport shuttle), across the street from an American Diner that’s open 24/7. I would definitely come back!

The only problem was the wait for the airport shuttle. It was a good 20-25 minutes between each shuttle. That wait time seemed excessive.

Rooms were spacious but old, beds were too soft. No coffee or small breakfast, if you leave prior to 6am.

Extremely overpriced. Had to choose an "upgrade" to the tower or wait - $50. Prices in bar/restaurant sky high...no alternative. Only two of the four elevators in the tower were functional.

Close to the airport and shuttle to Cruise and Airport. Clam chowder, calamari and happy hour at the bar/restaurant. Quick breakfast at stand.

The breakfast was not included, it was $30 plus tax and tip it was not worth the money and the sausages sat in my stomach all day causing discomfort. The swimming pool was not easily accessible and we could not see where the towel facility was so we did not use it, unfortunately and we choose this hotel for 2 reasons, near airport and pool.

It was near the airport, free shuttle service to airport. The staff were very friendly at reception.

At around 7am, while I was in my room, someone opened the door without knocking. I was frightened for a moment, wondering if something like this could really happen. If it was housekeeping, they would have knocked and checked to see if the guest was in the room. Doubting the hotel's security system

This is a huge, spread out property. My room was a very long (confusing) hike from the front desk. I discovered the next morning there was a shortcut through the parking lot that cut the time in half.

Great bed. Extra large room. Quiet.

June at reception. Was great. And a big help. Clued me in to happy hr deals at restaurant. When my breakfast was delayed . The server comped it. Just so you know the avocado breakfast was a delight. it was comped. The room was dated although the view of the Mt was spectacular. Chair in room was very uncomfortable . Staff was great getting me a taxi I needed. Would stay again.
