Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice large/spacious room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good informative leaflets on local eateries. great location, everything was only minutes away. close to rail station.

The price of the breakfast. It was very over priced so we ate elsewhere.

I liked the room. It was spacious, clean & the view was amazing (24th floor) loved the shape of the windows. The bed was really comfy & the pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Always had a lovely smile on their faces. The kids loved the pool. We ate in the hotel restaurant two evenings whilst we were there. It was nice & reasonably priced.

The elevators were very noisy (rickety and shakey sounding). We stayed during a busy time so it was a long wait for elevators. The parking was very tight in the garage and the garage was not well lit and smelled, especially in the stairwells.

I liked the closeness to everything. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well lit. The convenience store in the lobby was also incredibly helpful, but a little on the pricey side. The outside seating area on the fifth floor was an excellent way to spend time outside without all of the rushing of the city

The quietness of being on the 24th floor, very clean room. the bed was very comfortable. the elevators worked well. the included breakfast was excellent along with the hostess. They were were very polite and professional.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. The tub had a little rust and the wallpaper was peeling. The pool also needs some type of treatment as it was cloudy.

The front desk people could have more info on the theaters across the street. Maybe have a list of the names of the theaters and a calender of events. I may have gone to a show if i had the info in time.

Central to many attractions. Great room. Roomy. Comfortable and restful. Parking really close but not an elevator directly into the hotel. Its outside next to the hotel direway.

After checking out, we were no longer allowed to access the fitness center - where the water dispenser was.

I didn’t like that there were no microwaves in all the rooms. The front desk only had a limited number of microwaves to give out to the guest and there wasn’t a microwave downstairs in the eating lounge. We had a refrigerator in the room, but had to throw away our leftovers, since we couldn’t warm any of it up.

Excellent location, spacious room, and clean. I love that there is a parking lot that is easily accessible and that I can use my room key to get in and out of the the parking lot.
