My room had a sink with a microwave but no type of liquid soap, kitchen towel, or paper towel to keep things clean. I had to use bathroom soap and wash rag. An area for improvement.

Location was great and bed was comfortable. All staff interactions were positive and friendly. Swimming pools were warm, clean and lovely. I could see the sunset from my room!

No included breakfast. The floor in the elevators was damaged and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the hall had some bleached spots. The furniture in the room was showing some wear.

The location was great. The fellow at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The warm cookies were really good. The parking was easy. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The TV was on a swivel making it easy to see in different locations. Room temperature was good. Body wash and shampoo were nice.

There are no laundry facilities at the property. We travel for basketball tournaments and have to wash uniforms each night. This was a huge issue for us.

Staff wasn’t friendly at all. upon check in , Felicia waited on me. she did not say hi or greet us at all. I told her I had just checked in using the app and if I still need to see her. She checked her computer and said she couldn’t find my reservation. Gave her my confirmation number and told her again I just checked online. She answered oh that why I can’t find you! if she had listened and paid attention to what I said initially, then we can eliminate the confusion. There were 3 of us in a room. On most time, we were given cookies. This time, there was no cookies. Overall customer service is rather poor. Needs improvement.

There was a broken surge protector in the room that had the fridge and coffee make plugged into. That had wires exposed. Making it dangerous when having 2 kids under .

I love that there is a heated indoor pool for the kids.

reported that a door was damaged and security guard said he had just been there 20 mins before even showed him a picture and the impression he gave was it wasn’t important. door was definitely no longer secure from the back side of the building and several ppl standing around cars in the parking lot.
