There was nothing I did not like about the property.

The property was clean, as well as well maintained. The Location was everything! Close to different restaurants amongst other things!

First off, I booked two rooms and expected to be a conjoined room, and they weren't. I had even asked for a conjoined room.I didn't like the fact that I had cereal still on the floor and a taco bell cup in one of the dresser drawers with liquid in it and chewed up peppermints alongside it on a napkin, I had a horrible experience with someone next door she decided to tell us to be quiet at 9 pm in the hallway because my 2yo neice decided to take off running in the hallway. I can understand if it was 11 or so, but 9pm. It was just overall a not so pleasant experience. I expected more from your establishment, especially when it comes to the cleanliness of your rooms.

I loved that the front desk staff was extremely friendly. They really did an awesome job with making me feel welcomed.

The bathroom is tiny. You can’t leave the door open without blocking the shower/tub. Over priced.

Very clean. Polite staff. Very close to the convention center. Pool was warm and clean.

Maintenance on parking lots and entrances poorly maintained. Back up safety measures needed. Absolutely no snow removal nor clearing of handicap spaces. All surrounding hotel free of snow and safer entrances. Breakfast was below bad. Hot food was cold.

The bathroom water temperature has a mind of its own, and it's a very temperamental mind. Not really enough light in the room, and this seems to be a Hilton thing. No hottub. Nothing really horrible, but I feel I don't get any better of a stay than I do at other hotels I pay less for.

Beds were comfortable, and the attached bar/restaurant (Porters) was exceptional. Location is very convenient to the Gateway Convention Center and a host of other businesses. No big issues.

Hello. To say that I am upset with my stay with you is to say nothing. I am very dissatisfied and outraged. Firstly, the room was not cleaned. There was paper on the floor in the toilet. The toilet was not flushed. This can be seen in the photo. The water in the bathtub did not flush. There was a lot of dust and dirt everywhere. I had to pay for breakfast twice. I will be forced to publish these photos in the hotel reviews. They charged for breakfast twice

This hotel listed free breakfast, which in fact they don’t have. Very disappointing booking a hotel that claimed to have free breakfast & didn’t.

The rooms were very nice & comfortable! The pool was also nice!

Room was not clean when we checked in, carpet very dirty. Coffee maker broken. We stayed 2 days and after the first night a note from management was slipped under our door that housekeeping was unavailable due to understaffed. Breakfast was supposed to be included and was not. We had to pay extra.

For the price of the room, I could have stayed somewhere else, with breakfast and dinner included. I did not care for the color of the walls in the hallway on the third floor and room. Some sort of pea green on one side and a dark iridescent yellow on the other. After really good steak dinner, I went for a walk around the parking lot and was approached by a stunning black woman. She made her intentions provocative.

The location was good. It was quiet.
