I have stayed at this location often for many years , less so now because I am retired , easy to get to , always clean , feels safe , close to dining and shopping and easy access to other Portland Metro areas .

The pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Both my husband and I have terrible neck pain and both need massages now. The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. Not all the lights and plugs worked

The location was good. The staff that checked us in was knowledgeable and very kind. We requested late check out but our door was still knocked on twice while we were sleeping. It would have been nice for the morning staff to have communicated that to the housekeeping staff. The room was spacious and clean. The temperature was great.

WiFi could be better and included without having to join Hilton Rewards Program. I would prefer a less fragrant, aromatic, likely PFAs type chemicals in the soaps and shampoos.

Continental breakfast was appreciated. I had to book this stay due to weather preventing me from traveling home. The hotel is so convenient, just across the street from my place of employment. Would choose it again without question. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Overall everything was above satisfactory. Location was great for my purpose. I have to come to this area often, so I would consider staying here again.

The yogurt was not replaced while we were there. The gravy was not exactly home-made, but edible.

The breakfast was similar to other "included" options at different hotels. The selections were plentiful and most were replaced as needed.

Just that breakfast looks like a free continental, talks like a free continental, but isn't a duck. Their is no signage and after my daughter got a small plate of potatoes and a cup of coffee she was surprised to be charged the price of the full breakfast that we thought was included in the room. Don't mind paying for breakfast, just expect some signage indicating it's not a complimentary situation.

Great place.Clean and comfortable. The staff are very amiable. Lots of parking. Quiet, but still close to the freeway. Extended our stay a night.

Had a difficult time finding the room, then found it behind the elevator. It looked smaller than all the other rooms. All night I heard the elevator doors chime when it arrived and people talking while waiting for the elevator.

It was clean and everything worked, there was hot water, towels and even a mini fridge and microwave oven

The couch in our room was pretty scuffed up with the cover flaking off. A large stain sat in the middle of the carpet. We got turned around driving through Beaverton and 5 phone calls (!!!) to your hotel brought no help at all! NO ONe at front desk (manager would not answer) could tell us how to get from HW 217 at 99West to the hotel. (We finally had to ask a child who asked their device to direct us).

We brought our own food and ate in the lovely courtyard. We greatly appreciated the coffee machine and tea...along with ice water in the lobby. The air conditioner functioned well and the bed was comfortable.

I didn’t like the excessive fees for every item. No complementary waters, no complementary breakfast, no complementary parking. Poor working air conditioning.

The best part was the check-in. Phenomenal customer service from the front desk. I emailed management with a compliment about it. I would stay there again. And the room was very clean.

The shower faucet; because it can't be turned on, after setting water temperature comfort zone. Turn on & spin quickly to avoid freezing cold water.

Prompt assistance from Staff, clean facilities, spacious & comfortable room & bed, amenities, awesome location; with the best area mall, pretty much across the street; &, Red Lobster; but a 4 minute stroll away

Clean more the swimming pool and it be nicer if there is hot tub.

Pet friendly, it has indoor pool, it has shampoo conditioner & body wash hooked up in the washroom, and of course nice services from the staff.

I used booking.com. Paid extra for breakfast. Verified breakfast was included in our reservation. The was billed for breakfast. Staff was very responsive but I could have easily missed this error.
