The hotel was not located anywhere near a venue that would justify a parking fee. It honestly was ridiculous.

The property is very dated. I was extremely surprised that they didn't offer a place to get free coffee in the morning. You must ask the breakfast attendant to bring it out or purchase it from the Starbucks. Very annoying as I just wanted a cup of regular coffee. I don't feel like the photographs were an accurate representation of the condition of this facility.

Staff was friendly, and our rooms were clean. Breakfast had a good selection, and the area was clean. Easy to get another room when the bathroom was not functioning in one of our rooms. The front desk representative was very accommodating and handled the situation perfectly.

The hotel was very inviting. and it looked wonderful. The restaurant delicious.and staff very friendly . The front desk staff very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of foods for everyone's delight.

Had a small hiccup with the toilet not flushing and it took awhile for maintenance to respond. But, otherwise had no issues.

They charge you to park your car when they have more than enough room. They tried to charge for breakfast when I had already paid in the price of the room

Asked for early check in, I i feel like the front desk lied to not check me in early. I was not told there would be a charge for parking. The lot was big and not even half full. To bring this fee up at the last minute is ridiculous.

I don't like $5.00 bottles of water in an upscale hotel. It seems cheap to charge those prices for a night and you can't provide 2 bottles of water for a room. Classy places provide free water. for their guests

The staff is just completely rude. Idk if they are trained to be that way but that's a big deal for me and it didn't feel very inviting. The prices of the drinks like the juices and things are pricey as well.

They place is beautiful. Loved the bar and breakfast. Room was nice price was fair.

Live roach. 1 bath towel for 2 people. Really dirty floor. Feet were black from walking on it. Toilet handle falling off. Not the quality I expected. The surprise parking fee when there was so much space on the lot with nothing around it.

Restaurant Staff was short and seemed bothered that we were having breakfast. Tried to charge me for breakfast that was included in my booking. This was rectified, but if the staff had bothered to speak to us this could have been avoided.

The location of room. I did not feel comfortable walking down two hallways by myself. I tried to order room service so wouldn’t have walk by myself, but I was told they were too busy. When I got to the dining room there were only 6 people there (3 tables).

I did not like that you had to pay for literally everything. Normally, when we stay at a hotel, they’re nice enough to give water or a sign for your car for parking. We had to pay $3+ for a bottle water that was in our room. Plus parking (which I wasn’t even told there was a parking fee until I got there). If you’re going to spend the extra money and book a nice hotel, you should at least get some stuff with it! I’ve never had to pay for the things they make you pay for. It was ridiculous.

I liked that the property had plenty of things to do like the pool, gym and bar.

I did not like that they charged 15.00 for parking, which they did not mention until it was time to pay. I reserved the room online, and there was no mention of a parking fee. 😡😡

Great hotel, beautiful facilities, wish I had researched to see that it was in the middle of multiple warehouses. Started getting noisy at 4am and employees started arriving at 6am. Good thing I normally wake up at 4am 😊.

That you put bottle water in the room. And if you drink it it cost 5 dollars. Good thing I brought my own water
