Not ADA compatible. Only stairs to get to the beach. Will not stay there again. Damage to my arms trying to get wagon to beach.

No ramp to access beach. Wagon had to hop down the stairs. Asked a couple guys to bring it back up.

super nice place the only bad thing that was one night me n my husband we decided to walk outside and this guy was in drugs screaming and fighting we have to run inside the hotel we feel panic they need more security around the hotel specially outside

Beds were hard, top bedding cover was old and no filler hardly left, water pressure was minimal.

Restaurant inside hotel, lobby was nice, employees were very nice.

Coffee machine was dirty, doesn’t look like they’re cleaned properly, water reservoir full of lint, was not a big deal though. Staff looks stressed, not sure if it’s management or the customers.

Location was good. Restaurants around it are a joke. Eat at the Doubletree. Chef there is top notch. I'd go again.

Some renovations were causing a sewage odor inside the hotel. Though the room wasn't so bad, the hallways smelled of it. Overall, it was very clean despite the smells.

The staff was exceptional, accommodating, friendly, and so hospitable! Absolutely top-tier customer service. The staff went very above and beyond to create a genuine, welcoming experience.

The AC was not working properly in our room. In fact, the whole property felt hot. The lobby area leading to the beach was flooded with water our entire stay. So when you entered the property from the beach, you had to walk through water and then walk across the marble floor lobby with wet shoes.

We loved the location on the beach, ability to walk to several restaurants and shops, proximity to the aquarium, view of the bridge.

Stained sofa, random eyelash on my pillow. Toilet leaked all over in bathroom. We waited an hour for our food at the restaurant. My wife's salad was horrible. They used slices of cheese on it and hardly any lettuce. Location was awesome. Clean beach, clean pool. Live music every night with amazing bands. Loved our free cookies.

I loved the room and the view was amazing. Comfortable beds.

My only complaint is that our room had a pretty overwhelming mildew smell and the pillows were not great.

The access to the beach was wonderful! The restaurant onsite was so great to have and we were pleasantly surprised that they were open all day! All staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The bedspread had stains, didn't have hot water for part of the first day (due to construction). The third day, we came back from the beach to NO water. They said they put notices under everyone's door to let them know, but we had nothing - no note, no text, and covered in sand.

Not really worth the 250 a night....even on the beach. You pay nightly for limited parking. No guarantee you'll find a spot. Parents and the staff let kids run wild. A kid who looked about 8 was walking on the swim up bar. The employees working the bar didn't seem to care. There were about 10 kids in the lobby around 9:30 pm throwing around a ball and going bezerk. The drunk parents didn't care and the staff didn't care enough to do anything about it.

I like the comfort of the hotel and the cleanliness of the lobby and of the rooms I also like the staff and the beachfront location Also the pool was nice and there was nice towels available The staff at the front desk are helpful and attentive Your staff member encountered were were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was nice I'd like The beach view. The beds were very comfortable and the room seemed pretty clean there was only some stains on the carpet and on the lounge chair but don't really mind it.

I paid for a full bay view on a corner room. They downgraded me without notice. They said they were completely booked and couldn't move us. They were going to refund us some money but it never happened.

Housekeeping services were not consistent, didn't have housekeeping stop by entire day, and had to request towels. Was told needed to request housekeeping services, but another front desk clerk told us it should be consistent each day. Water pressure was very low.
