Poor room service for request for towels : I had clean towels taken out my room by maid: I went to pool area to get fresh towels from the cart !!!!

Wonder breakfast with good caring good severs; and gentleman bartender was superb in customer service as well as the cook making omletts !

Location was convenient, right off hwy. Room.was clean. Frig and microwave in place but appeared to be after thought. Extra latch on door broken off.

The room wasn't extremely clean and up to par for what I paid. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was food from the previous guests on the floor when we arrived, and the air conditioner did not work at all.

We stayed for 5 days -- and the room was NEVER serviced. I know that hotels rarely offer daily housekeeping any more, and that is fine -- but 5 days???? We ran out of toilet paper; the small trash cans were overflowing. And the announcement in the room said that daily housekeeping was not offered so as "not to disturb us". REALLY? Ok, cut down on housekeeping -- but don't be patronizing and tell us that it is for our comfort. $16 for breakfast is pretty steep, when many hotels offer a free breakfast.

The room was spacious; free wifi; the beds were comfortable; plenty of hot water; very fast elevators; plenty of parking; good location, easy on-and-off the interstate.

Starting off my name wasn't in the system and the booking number I had was from Booking.com so the lady at the front desk couldn't find it. I had to get my laptop out of the car, as I was having phone problems, and look up my confirmation #. She still had to look through some other list for 7-8 minutes before finally being able to get us checked in. There was mold outside of the shower but the rest of the room was fine.

This was the most noisy hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor and still had thumping, loud music blasting past 11 and as well as early morning on Sunday. It was not quiet and comfortable. Issues with WiFi and my 7 year old was not happy for close to 400.00

Shower didn’t have hot water mentioned it the morning we woke up the first night never got fixed. Also advertise allergy free cookies they had no cookies without nuts so we didn’t receive the warm cookies.

I was charged a no show fee of $182.36 after I spoke with Booking.com and DoubleTree staff and adjusted my reservation to arrive Friday 10/27/2023. I went to front desk and asked about this charge and was told it would be credited back to my account and it still has not been credited.

The light in my shower didn’t work. The door frame at the bottom on the door was rusty. The parking lot in the back was extremely dark!

The location was good, right off of the highway. Loved the cookie and water. Front desk ladies were very nice and professional!
