No cleaning. I stayed four nights and only had cleaning for one day. Fresh towels and a restocked coffee station would have been nice. Elevators were not clean.

I had to assemble and make the pull out couch myself. I had to rearrange the entire room just to get the pull out to fit which left hardly any walking space.

Dated rooms, smaller than expected, beds are not comfortable, cleaner used is nauseating and the pool was unavailable while we stayed.

The pool area the floor could’ve been a little bit smoother to walk on between the hot tub and the pool

The only thing we had at the one we stayed in in Buffalo was a Starbucks and a bar so you had to go off property to eat or bring food back to your room to eat

The room wasn't the cleanest. The guy at the check-in was not the most pleasant. And they were short staff so we waited a long time for our food.

I like the area it is located at. I like the cook that came out and brought me my food.

We had water run in from outside and make a big puddle on the floor. Maintenance did come in and clean it up and left with a warped floor. With the weather this weekend we were afraid of more rain coming in. Luckily there wasn't. But with the mold we should have been moved to another room. And it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and/or microwave

Our pillows were absolutely awful! We asked for room service and instead of leaving our towels hanging on the hooks where we left them or giving us fresh towels, they instead folded our wet towels and placed them under the sink. So when we went to use them they were still wet! We also would have liked complimentary breakfast.

I didn’t like that breakfast wasn’t included. We went elsewhere to eat.

Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and two of our neighbours were highly disrespectful With screaming children and one with a barking dog . We were looking forward to a relaxing getaway from the kids and listening to the noise was very unpleasant and frustrating. Didn’t make for a good nights sleep. The staff corrected the problem as quickly as they were able to but the damage was done and we tossed and turned all night .

The staff were top notch very friendly, patient and accommodating. We loved the food available in the hotel very convenient. Everything was clean and fresh for a very comfortable stay

The tv had static lines through it. Some stains on the desk chair and the radiator cover fell off.

The bed and bedding was super comfortable. Slept amazing.
