The room was functional, but could have used some repairs. Things like painting, electrical receptacles, light switch coverings, drain plugs, etc.

Price was right for a one night stay. I stayed on a weekend where many downtown Atlanta hotels were unavailable due to football and conventions. The Brookhaven is a short drive from the Lindbergh Marta station.

The breakfast was so/so, kind of sparse. The coffee was horrible. Really really bad so bring your own kurig or make it in the room.

The hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Free parking was great.

Our linens were not changed from the previous guests, the sheets smelled of perfume and sweat, and the pillow cases smelled of sweat. They did have the housekeeping manager come up and a very nice housekeeper switched them out in a very speedy amount of time. She did apologize for the original cleaner of the room. Continental breakfast was very impressive with their breakfast options. You can tell the property has pretty recently changed hands and needs to have a lot of maintenance done to it. When you pull in it looks like an abandoned hotel with the old hotels sign covered with tarp. The room was in need of some repair, but the beds were comfortable and met our needs. The pool was nice, clean, they did however have issues keeping the towels stocked, but the front desk was extremely nice and accommodating when we requested them.

The location was central to a lot of things. Close enough to the city but not in the city. The staff is very friendly, and accommodating.

The only issue was when booking on booking.com please tell your customers that there is a deposit that has to be paid before you can check in. It's actually just held but again I was unaware...

It was nice friendly staff especially the lady setting up breakfast she alone will make me stay there again in the near future ..she was hilarious...

The freeway was so loud on the side that we were in. Could see it and hear the traffic all night. The first night hard to sleep then 2nd night used to it. Could use some updating in the rooms- seemed banged up

Brookhaven asked for a $50 security deposit and said it was fully refundable and only gave $40 of it back when we checked out. They said they took out $10 for hospitality. That wasn't right.

The location was great. They seem to have renovated another hotel. The staff were great - especially Troy and the hardworking fellow in the kitchen.

I was disappointed that the pool was not open, I was looking forward to just lounging by it after hospital appointment.

We did not have breakfast because of test being done at hospital. I did have coffee and it was perfect. Will surely be staying here again..

A $100/night “hospitality” fee was mentioned at check-in that was going to be waived for me. Something about a $5/fee instead. Room rates need to be clear, correct and consistent.

The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast buffet was fine and freshly prepared with better than average coffee.

This hotel was a dream and we’ll book here again if we’re ever back in the area. The room was clean and comfortable and was at the perfect price point. We were in Atlanta for a surgery at CHOA so the location was perfect. We didn’t get to eat breakfast because our little boy wasn’t able to eat before his surgery, but it smelled AMAZING and we knew we were missing out on some good food. The staff was smiling and friendly. I’d say the only downside was the traffic and construction in the area, but that’s not the hotel’s fault! We very much enjoyed staying here. Thank you so much!
