The bathroom was not very clean. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The host told me to help myself to coffee in the kitchen but it was a bit disorganized so I gave up.

the whole time I was in the house I didn't see any other person not even the host, and they gave me the wrong room directions when I arrived so I was in the wrong room and when I left to explore the city they wrote me to come back urgently to change my room, luckily they were able to move the things to another room and I didn't have to go but it is something that could have been avoided.

it is a very comfortable house, the bathrooms are clean and in the room you have everything you need for a good stay and a good night's rest. quite close to JFK, it is easy to get around and you can take the bus just a 3-minute walk away. I was able to self check in late at night

Not so much about the property, but the area. Maybe I was a bit unlucky. In no way this is to do wi the property itself. There was a very loud party three houses away which made sleeping a bit difficult. Not only was I jet lagged that day after my flight from Europe, but had an early flight the next morning. You should probably factor this possibility when booking it for Saturday night

The property is located in a neighbourhood with very easy access to JFK. I had an early flight to catch and had no issues getting to jfk with public transport

In my opinion, the bathroom is not so clear. Other than that, everything is fine.

They are generous, helpful and respectful people so you can not face any kind of problem from them. The place is a really price/performance option. It is close to JFK but faraway EWR so be careful when you book your ticket and this house.

Room was a little cramped and I don't think there was a bedside lamp just overheaf light.

The owner of the property has no idea what service is and how to manage customers' issues. First of all the property is shared with the owner without clear segregation of the owner's space from the space for rent - messy kitchen and someone's old tooth brushes in the bathroom with a bunch of other stuff, I do not know who would like that. It was literally impossible to sleep because some neighbours through a mega party with very loud music untill 4am. For my request to leave the luggage in the house so I could do some sightseeing in NYC the owner's answer was a very firm NO despite the fact that it was a house with plenty of space to accomodate that luggage. Check-out time at 11 AM - very inconvenient. The whole experience was a complete disaster. Never again!

Distance to JFK and cost of stay were the only positive things. But if I could turn back time I would not stay in this place even for free!!!

They didn't state it was a shared bathroom, and the place was very dirty, and the host was also very annoying and not so accommodating. The place smelled very bad like sh***t all over. There is no toilet paper force to keep the garbage in our room the entire time. Mold and mildew in the bathroom place dirty and want to clean badly.

Comfortable, host was great, close location to JFK, friendly staff, stores and food within reasonable walking distance (I didn't have a car). Public transportation to get to the location and head back to JFK is very easy to get to! I had no issues getting around during my stay for one night! Thank you for having me :)
