Clean, convenient to everything and friendly staff. The amenities and accommodations were perfect for our group to stay prior to our cruise. Very close to the port and property was exceptionally clean and well equipped.

We had a wonderful stay with our children – everything was perfect! The place is truly amazing, very comfortable, and family-friendly. We enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The sinks and faucets were a little weird (loud and a lot of water, and the bowls were big and awkward), but otherwise really no negatives here. We were impressed and would absolutely stay there again.

Communication with the rental agents was fantastic. They were very accommodating to our circumstances, and really went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Also, the bed was incredibly comfortable! Slept like a log, which almost never happens when we're not at home. Lots of pillow options for every sleeping type. Great views, quiet setting, and having the Tiki restaurant on sight was a bonus (BLT was fantastic!).

I think my only complaint really was the front doors were of a glass design. So all night the light was shining in the doors. Made it a little hard to sleep.

Nothing - it was wonderful!

Fabulous location - there for a cruise and loved that it was just over the bridge making our onboarding time/experience better than expected. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I was having trouble receiving emails due to a computer issue, but the staff helped me with access and responded promptly upon our arrival when I had a few remaining questions. Will definitely book that unit again in the future if given the opportunity for repeat travel.

The condo was beautiful. It could have used a deep clean under furniture. I found dust dirt and past guests crumbs and pet toys but on surface was very clean. The grounds were immaculate and plenty of parking . Ate and watch game at tiki and it also was excellent. Easy to walk my dog and a few pet waste within the complex so i did not see hardly any unattended piles. Thats on owners of dogs though.

Broken tiles in elevator need repair. Dishwasher in condo didn’t wash very well, had to rinse dished very well in order to ensure they were clean. Deck chairs by the pool are getting worn and dirty. They are starting to sag and not very comfortable to sit in. I would replace them as it’s a popular area.

It was not property's fault but I had terrible neighbours with high volume reggaetton at 3am! I was travellling alone and they were a lot, so I didn't wanted to discuss with them nor call authorities for some music. An overnight manager could be a great investment.

The apartment was very confy and spacious. Top level cleanliness. Very convenient parking for free. Kitchen facilities perfect for one person. Nice balcony with partial view of the river.

Nothing, love this place and stay here whenever in town.

Property is 3 bedroom 2 bath condo, overlooking the water. There is a tiki restaurant on property so you don't have to leave site to have food. Short drive to port or beach.

There was nothing I didnt like.

I loved everything about this place and the restaurant was a bonus. we only stayed 1 night t before our cruise and it was amazing. It was beautifully decorated and very well kept, this will be my spot anytime we cruise out of Port Canaveral.

Ants all through unit. Several family members had multiple bites. Asked several times about later check out. Didn't get an answer until we checked out on time and had left.

The kitchen was poorly stocked. Had coffee supplies, we don’t drink coffee. Not even salt and pepper available to cook with. Minimal kitchen towels/wash cloths. Floors were pretty dirty…my pics shown are some feet after walking around inside barefoot. Left socks on after that, which ended up brown with dust bunnies. Definitely could have been much cleaner.

Loved the view over the river, pool was ok, hot tub nice. Size of our condo was nice. Cute decor and set up. Felt safe.
