A dreamy resort, perfect for everyone! Wonderful pools, kid-friendly & outstanding for those traveling without them. Very friendly staff, comfortable accomodations. Can't recommend enough!

The only thing was the people that clean the rooms were doing a great job but will almost mow you down reaching down the hallway. Not necessarily a bad thing that they are working hard, but could be a little intimidating.

When asked about lighting of fire pits.. we were told security was in charge of this so we asked the security officer on duty which was standing at stairs of resort..his comment is if weather permits we will so we took that as not tonight even though it was not raining

Always a plus is park the car and ride trolley and enjoy the resort

The stay was marred slightly by a staff member, Joey, on the ticket desk whose very rude an unapproachable attitude stood out against all other staff members. But by far the worst part, and maybe my fault in part, was the fact that the hotel did not, at the time of booking, indicate that the Waterpark was closed Monday to Friday, and the Dollywood park closed on Tuesdays and Fridays during August.

Location, cleanliness, room size and facilities all exceeded our expectations. The free trolley bus to the theme park was a welcome bonus, as was the free parking.

I requested a mat 3 times for my granddaughter but never got one. Only sheets and a pillow.

Everything was nice, but no free breakfast, a quarter-mile walk from the elevators to our room at the end of the hotel wing, and very expensive.

Very comfortable and great transportation to the parks. Drone show was unbelievable!

Sometimes feels a little crowded in the lobby

Beautiful, comfortable, clean property. We enjoyed the arcade this trip, but still have not made it to the pool. The fast pass and parking amenities for the park make this location a must if you are going to Dollywood!

My kids just wished there was a slide for the pool. And we wished there were better/more workout equipment in the fitness area.

The initial drive in was so welcoming, each host and staff member greeted us with smiles. The grounds were beautifully kept and the hotel itself was gorgeous, clean and well laid out. Our reserved room was clean, i didnt get the urge to wipe everything down like i normally do elsewhere. Beds and linens were comfortable and ac was ideally working. Pool area was perfect and lifeguards were ample and very attentive. The activities were great and kept us occupied and entertained. The resort food was decent and had we had no issues. I honestly will be back and would recommend to anyone to reserve a stay. We walked over to the other resort and just from the outside i am confident both resorts have similar vibe and upkeep, so hoping to try the other resort soon.

Lifeguards appeared annoyed when they had to get off their iPhones and go to lifeguard stand to watch kids swim in indoor pool. Poolside staff to order food did not acknowledge me standing at counter for 3-4 mins while they reviewed receipts (no eye contact or sorry we will be right with you). Many employees seemed bothered to be there.

Beautiful hotel, kids love bunk beds, enjoyed spending time for activities in lobby and pool. Friendly staff in cafe and got to check-in early to our room which was really nice.

Everything!! Beautifully nestled on a hill Dolly does everything right with this gem! Little touches everywhere that made this one of my favorite resorts I've stayed at! It's so welcoming, so clean and so beautiful. Southern charm, convenience and beautiful grounds. 10/10 can't wait to come back!! The pictures don't do it justice this is a little slice of heaven.
