Fan in upstairs bedroom needed fixed and dog hair on living room rug.

The location wasn't near the hustle and bustle of town but still close to everything. The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed included a playpen for the baby to sleep in so we didn't have to bring our own.

This was very close to all places and attractions at Pigeon Forge, as well as Sevierville; we didn't go to Gatlinburg, but it is close to it. We would stay again here. Full kitchen, separate laundry room. Very nice family room with nice fireplace and TV, dining table, as well as separate bedrooms for personal space. A cosy place for families , or couples with or without a fur baby. This is a great for your next trip here!

There was lots of space for our family of 8!!! We had a blast, the house was clean, and the beds were comfortable! The convenience to Dollywood makes this a place we look forward to booking again! There were plenty of games for a family game night, which was a bonus for us since one night we got stuck inside due to rain! Overall, it was a great week with plenty of room to make memories!

I loved how clean and organized it was. We also love that it is far enough away from the “strip” to be nice and quiet, but close enough that we weren’t wore out from driving.

The only thing I will say I wasn’t a super big fan of was the guest bathroom/laundry shared downstairs out off of the kitchen didn’t have a lock, which made it hard with multiple people staying there, and accidentally walking in on someone. I hope they will make that change, so we are more comfortable for future stays here when we return to the area!

The location - close to everything!! Was quiet and enjoyable, unlike staying on the strip, but also super close to everything! We were only a couple min from nice rest etc, 15 /20 min from Gatlinburg/pigeon forge! The cleanliness and decor - it’s adorable! Loved the themed rooms! It was also clean, didn’t have to worry about bugs and stuff like with a hotel, etc! The host/staff - they were so easy to talk to, let know if something was wrong, and handled it quickly and effectively! (We had an issue with the tub that was messed up when we arrived, we let them know so it wouldn’t cause more damage in the future for guest - they even had it fixed during our stay, but did offer to wait til we weren’t there, but we didn’t mind at all!) communication was great the entire time even before our stay with any questions I had! Loved the patio and my little guy did too! A nice little space for bubble time when we weren’t out and about doing things! We will be back, over all, wonderful stay!

All aspects of this property were amazing. From the initial booking all the way to check-out, everything was seamless. It was nice to be far enough away from the Parkway but within minutes of everything.

Could use another couch or two more lounge chairs since it was a 3 bedroom and there were 6 of us.
