Lots of Collage Kids!!!!! Lots of people walking around your windows if your on the side. Also the parking is only by luck and i tell you what. we somehow got lucky when we were there.

We really enjoyed how close to the water! Lots of places to get coffee, chill, and eat. WORTH IT just because of that.

1-Microwave was working but not heating anything. 2-There was no Ice maker in the building. 3- the phone in the room was a joke. It did not connect to anyone.

No where in the conformation emails or when I called to confirm the reservation did anyone mention that you have to walk 3 blocks over to the sister location to check in lugging your luggage back and forth

They closed office on site and I had to walk a block to check in and out. No parking was available at the hotel and I had to walk in the rain with suitcase/ bags etc. very inconvenient when you have a lot to unload

Location, Location!! Steps from the beach, restaurants, shops, and strand. Room was spacious with a separte living room and kitchen with refrigerator but could use an update in the furniture. Parking is available for quests which is a plus.

Parking was tricky, the booking site did not mention that u need to go to another property for checkin, or for the pool. No bathmat or hand towels , the room was hard to darken due to lights outside and having shutters. Carpet needs a clean.

Check in process at another location. Ice at another location. Upkeep on the property in the rooms is lacking. Broken window, noisy A/C unit in bedroom and broken AC unit in living room.

The room was large enough to have more than one chair. One chair for two people was a little inconvenient.

The location is right off the beach so access is great. Limited parking but we had a good parking spot. Public bathroom across the street but not a problem. Room was quiet even though there was a lot of pedestrian traffic. Property was well maintained.

I only have one drawback to the booming for the entire trip. I booked a month ahead of time and the transaction was flawless. When we arrived less than a week ago, the weather was still warm. We arrived in the evening after a 6 hour drive, just wanting to unwind and lay down. After checking in and getting out room assignment and room key, we unpacked our luggage and went to the room. Once we got inside the room, it was extremely hot so we turned the fan on and tried to turn the air conditioner on only to find out the air conditioner dint work. After trying several times to get it turned on, we called the front desk. Once we spoke to the front desk associate and told her the issue, she told us that we were in the one room with the broken a/c to which we asked her if there was another room we could switch to. She seemingly had zero affect and replied by telling us they were completely sold out. After asking her if there was another option and a pause she did offer to have some extra fans brought to our room. There was a solution that was offered after we seemed to pry it out of her, but that was the only downside to our stay.

The location of the establishment couldn't have been better. The room was as described on the booking platform and was enough for my wife and I and what we needed for our travel purposes.

Office in the hotel was closed and it was little confusing where should we check in.

Perfect location - very close to the ocean shore and nice beach. A lot of nice restaurants around the hotel. Comfortable bed, small kitchenette in the room.

The only thing I did not love was having to check in at the sister property and then the pool amenities were at a third location. The parking at this location is very limited, but you are allowed to park at all of the sister locations. Now let me clarify all locations were in walking distance and it was my fault for not reading the details carefully. I just personally prefer having all amenities at the same place.

I loved how close it was to the beach! The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was easy to check in and out. The staff was very kind and friendly as well.

There was no available parking. Finally someone left and I took the parking space. I got my backpack and bag and walked to the office. It was dark and had a sign on the door that read, check-in was at a different motel a block or so north. It was dark, not well lit for walking and uneven sidewalks. I am 77 years old and a little wobbly walking. I did not want to give up my parking space. I just wanted to get to my room and use the restroom. I called the number on the note on the door. The receptionist was not helpful. The hotel should have made it clear that check-in was not actually at the hotel when I made the reservation! This was very upsetting!

Climate control: The windows did not work great, neither did the fan or AC. Didn’t keep us from enjoying the fresh sea air.
