So far as we could tell from the materials provided there was no breakfast. We hauled in all our own food. I'm used to receiving a complimentary breakfast for that price.

The accommodations were spacious, well-lit, and the furniture really comfortable. The public areas were also open, and well-maintained. Even relatively quite considering the size of the crowd there for the dance competition.

Please have the staff know that the bathroom sink in room #377 could not drain properly. If the water was run more than 5 seconds, it backed up and took a long time to drain out. It must be incredibly tedious to clean without a draining sink! The other issue, is that to get to room #377, there are an awfully LONG hallways to get there - and with only ONE dolly for carting our personal effects, it was never available - and so we had to haul all our stuff by hand - it took us 3 roundtrips from the car.

Breakfast was amazingly inferior - only a Starbucks coffee shop, but with little else as breakfast fare. It worked ok, but besides a oatmeal choice, that was it - for breakfast. Oh, what did we like? The restaurant was fabulous. The room was spacious and impeccably clean.

The shower didn't get more than Luke warm, and the air conditioner was not cool at all we were very warm while trying to sleep

Our room was overlooking the atrium. The result was no natural sunlight and a dark room. I also requested an upper room away from the elevator. Unfortunately we ended up on the second. The second day there,Friday, workers were renovating the room next to ours starting at 8am. On the day of our departure,Sunday, they were back at work. Not the quiet room we had hoped for.

The location was very good for our trip. Our room was in the section overlooking the atrium.

Hi! Overall it was good. The only off putting thing was lack of attention to detail in my room. The sliding door for the bathroom was scuffed, the caulking at the base of the shower was coming loose, in the sink under the lip at the front there was a buildup of a brown crowd, build up of crud in the corners of the shower door, tables were dusty on bottom tier, edge along the bed frame was dusty. All basically minor but should be attended to. I stayed at this property I think it was about 7 years ago. The remodel is nice but I loved the way the rooms were styled them and the green ice bucket. I appreciate the abstract art, the ceramic art installation is different. I like the beauty of some of it then some of it looks like lines of feces. I know that weird but it’s the first thing that came to my mind when I saw it. I also liked the edgy light piece with the hands. The food was good and the service personnel were great. When we arrived there were hundreds of children all ages running around the lobby and halls. The staff was rude and caused me to have a major panic attack as they did not relay that a pending charge of $150 would be added to my card so they kept trying my card despite my using my travel card that I had not moved money into as when I asked if they were charging the card they both answered with “NO” I told them I needed to get out of the lobby so I could try to figure out what was happening with my card and they just stood there and looked at me as I was an invonbience to them!! I asked if I could go to my PRE PAID ROOM and I was DENIED! I stated I was going to have a panic attack and need a quiet space to figure everything out as they were no help and they again refused to give me my key. So I had to walk out crying to my hot car after a 7 hour drive. I was exhausted, tired, full of panic, and was never offered any accommodation to help me despite my room being fully paid for at this facility!!! I will never stay here again. Between so many kids at a conference who were so loud and bumping into guests trying to check in and the rude unhelpful staff my daughter’s graduation from DU was almost ruined for us.

I think the hotel was very expensive. On top of that, we were charged for parking and Wi-Fi per day, which I found very inconsiderate given the high price of the stay. These are usually free services in most places. Also, the breakfast was okay and the food tasted good, but there were very few options, so it felt pretty basic.

The stay at the hotel was good. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was pretty good.

No microwave Good deliveries can't come up to the room No dollys/ luggage carts.. we had 2 rooms and it took us over 40 minutes to take our luggage down, 4 people, 2 rooms because they're were no luggage carts and our keys locked right at 12pm, the cleaning people had to let us back into the room to finish getting our belongings I requested 1 king and 1 2 doubles connected or at least on same floor 1 room was in 5 1 was on 9 Overall 3/10

We thought the stay was great. I can't say we did not like anything about the Marriott. If in the area again we would stay here again.

Our room was great. Super comfortable and quiet. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went for an event, and everything was wonderful.
