United StatesThe clerk requested a $50 security deposit out the blue, even though he had my card on file and when i requested a receipt for this deposit, he didn't provide it. I requested a non-smoking room and my room smelled really bad, the door lock didn't look safe, the smoke alarm was smashed, the tub was clogged, the room looked dirty, the curtains had holes, the TV was not working. Lucky for us we were stopping there for a night. i checked out really early, wanted to leave so bad.
I didn't like this Hotel at all.
