Thank you so much for taking the time to write such an informative review. I am sorry for the noise problem that you experienced. This is definitely not the experience we want our guests to have, as you should always have a great night’s sleep when staying with us! Unfortunately, it is the price we pay for being located downtown. On your next stay, we can offer you a room that is located on the back side of the hotel, farthest away from the street. Please know that we do try to consistently deliver a superior guest experience. Should you ever find yourself back in town, please give us a chance to show you that our product and service can live up to your expectations.

We completely understand how important rest is—especially when traveling with little ones—and we’re truly sorry for the early morning disturbance.
