It's quite and not an expansive place near I-95. Good for the car travelers.

The room was not so clean, and it was hard to charge our phones, no carpet it needs an upgrade.i also let them know I was booking for 4 people and they only had 2 sets of towels.

Did not appreciate the "deposit" fee charged at check in. Had I known about it beforehand, I could have planned on that hold, which has yet to clear from my credit card a week later.

I was expecting a full breakfast, not a continental breakfast but it was OK.

It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room

There's no coffee maker in my room. The coffee in the lobby was good enough. I forgot my travel kit when I checked out and I was promised three times you would mail it to me that was over a month ago and I still haven't got it. Will you please mail me my travel kit and Bill my card on file.

The room needed some repairs. The stairs leading to the second floor looks like it could fall apart. The rails were very loose. The breakfast area needed cleaning.

Breakfast oatmeal was sugary so should have had a choice of sweet and flavored and nonsweet and unflavored. Everyone is not a sugar freak. The dry cereals were for children I guess, such as, fruit loops. What adult eats that? No yogurt, but was told it was ordered. Did not like the second floor placement.

The breakfast was fair. The location was excellent. I must say that the housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. I had misplaced a couple of items. The housekeeping staff took extra steps, found my items and brought them to me. Now that is service and we greatly appreciated their efforts.

I didn't like how expensive it was. I also didn't like the quality of the wifi.

I liked the location and I also liked how friendly the staff was at the front desk.

I didn't sleep well but that's a personal comment not a reflection on the bed comfort. I could hear the person next door coughing in the early hours. Otherwise it was quiet enough.

It was on the ground floor as requested. Parking was right outside the door which made it feel more secure for parking/unloading/loading the car. There was a nice sized computer desk for my laptop, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was a decent enough size for the property. The TV was okay.

One of the desk managers was real rude but they didn't do service on weekends for people that stay over I had a rip sheet I discovered it on the day I checked in and they told me that it will be done on the weekend and it wasn't and I went down there and we had a problem and didn't get done until that Monday and the reason I did it because I didn't want to get blamed with my deposit that I ripped the sheet

The ladies and housekeeping was real nice day manager real nice and that one young lady that check me in she was real nice

The light 💡 on entrance was blown. Was a alarm ring all night in another room. The breakfast should be a litter much better.

Room very large and good television The bed was good, and a large bathroom .

The room was not clean. The floor was dirty. Sheets had stains and I had to change them myself. There was hair in the bathroom and it didn't seem like it was cleaned at all. Although we had a smoking room didn't expect a comforter with so many burn spots on it. The room didn't come with a phone or an iron and the one we got from the front desk the first time didn't work had to go back for another. Breakfast was basically nothing we had to leave to go get an adequate breakfast. The place needs updating.

The staff was friendly. It was a plus that they accepted pets for a fee. Close to stores and the location that we came to Wilson for. The restaurant next door (Golden) was great. They booked our rooms close together.
