I didn’t like how I was treated at check in. The person checking us in just hit the counter asking for a card and ID. Didn’t ask me for anything with words. Felt rude and demanding

$50 Security deposit for room was held for over a week when most nicer motels didn't charge one. Roaches in room and perhaps some kind of bugs in the bed. The curtains were broken, the door was not sealed and light came in through around the door. I went to bed early but awoke when a crowd of wild people surrounded my room and I went outside to investigate what was occurring. They thankfully cleared out after I prayed for them. However when I awoke early the next morning I felt exhausted and oppressed. I went to the complimentary breakfast and it was a gas station honeybun and the regular coffee was unavailable only decaf and the apple juice dispensed chunks of brown pieces in 3 attempts to fill tiny cup. Overall if you can afford it make other travel arrangements. Grace and Peace

A/C in the room didn't cool well at all. It was hot in the room. One of the needs was broken to the point it folded when you say on it.

The place had a very bad smell when I opened the door I left the door open and ac blasting for a hour to get rid of the smell the plumbing needs attention and found dead bugs under bed

The property appears neglected and poorly maintained. The building itself needs repairs, and it's clear that upkeep is not a priority. The reception area has an unpleasant odor and often looks unclean. The rooms also have a noticeable smell, which affects the overall comfort. While it may serve as a last-minute place to spend the night, there are certainly much better options available nearby.

Rooms need updating, staff need to clean a little better some questionable substances found on the carpets upon arrival had to re clean the room myself before allowing my child to come in. They kept my deposit due to "dirty" towels. So don't use their towels if you plan to shower at all bring your own.

The room smelled like cigarettes. I was charged a returnable deposit fee that I was uninformed of prior to getting the room. There were roaches in the room.

I didn't like that they had a few roach bugs crawling around it was a decent price but not for that I'm willing to pay more to do without that. the bathroom had stains on the ceiling and the bottom of the door was busted.

the room was nice and plenty of space to put our things so that worked out well for everything we brought with us. the ba bathroom was decent not great.

Bed sheets had holes and spots. Towels were worn out. Hair in the sink. Shower curtain was dirty.

Cheap. The hotel was located near where I needed to go. There is a Cracker Barrel nearby for breakfast.

Roon was riddled with stained beds, broken furniture, broken toilet. Had to change rooms. Lady that was there instead of sweet night time guy was very nasty, very rude and unprofessional. I had to tell her not to speak to me so nasty. I felt threatened and unsafe in the office around her. Changed room finally after 4 hours of waiting looked better but had roaches.

1. The room we were in the tub and toilet stopped up.2. They moved us to another room then the next day they moved us to another room after we got settled in the room. 3. The room they moved us to the AC unit was leaking on the floor and when I told them about it it took 3 days for someone to come fix it and by that time some of our clothes and the box we had our food in got wet. 4. The housekeeper or whatever he was knocked on the door and I yelled for him to hold on but I guess he didn’t hear me because he opened the door and I was half naked so I had to scream at him to wait a minute so I could throw some pants on.

No light in bathroom-too dark to shower, vent fan hanging loose. Nasty headboard. Cigarette burns on coverlet. Penny (bullet?) size hole in wall. Only available electric outlet was completely out of the wall laying on floor-Electrical code violation? Free breakfast was a bowl of apples & bananas & a bowl of cereal bars.

The entire place needed a lot of work: towel rack in bathroom was detached and needed to be anchored to the wall. Room needed to be repainted.

Room I was in light over sink didn’t really work. Short in it. Had to keep cutting it on & off for it to come on. Towl bar over toilet was broken & on side of toilet. Floor through out room was not level. Mini fridge was very unstable had to hold fridge on side to keep it still just to open door. Only had one towl in room. You could tell the floor had not been vacuumed. The coffee pot was very dirty & old water was in area where you put water to full it up along with the cord inside the water!

You have to put a 50 dollar cash deposit down when you check in. I don't carry cash, so I had to leave and come back. The guy behind the counter was rude, and snapped at me when I politely suggested they tell people this up front so we could arrive with the money. The room had a funky smell and there were pubes in the shower. I will not be returning.

The bed was comfortable. The room was affordable.
